ՊԲ շտաբում տեղի են ունեցել հավաք-պարապմունքներ ՀՀ կառավարական պատվիրակության մասնակցությամբ (ֆոտո)

Արցախի Հանրապետությունում աշխատանքային այցով գտնվող ՀՀ կառավարական պատվիրակության մասնակցությամբ ՊԲ շտաբում տեղի են ունեցել հավաք-պարապմունքներ։

Դրանց օրակարգի վերաբերյալ ՊՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ «Քննարկում, խորհրդակցություն, փորձի փոխանակում Արցախում։  Քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններ-բանակ համագործակցության, համակարգի տոկունության, կենսունակության առումով Արցախի փորձը անփոխարինելի է»։

Արցախի պաշտպանության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների միջև քաղաքացիական համակարգի պատրաստության և պաշտպանության ոլորտում փորձի փոխանակման ու փոխգործողությունների արդյունավետության բարձրացման շրջանակում ապրիլի 20-ին բանակի շտաբում տեղի են ունեցել հավաք-պարապմունքներ:

Այնուհետև կազմակերպվել է այց բանակի խորացված հրամանատարական կետ, որտեղ ԱՀ ՊՆ, գեներալ-մայոր Կարեն Աբրահամյանը ներկայացրել է հակառակորդի հավանական գործողությունների բնույթն ու դրանց համարժեք արձագանքելու առավել արդյունավետ տարբերակները:

Այցի ընթացքում հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների ռազմական գերատեսչության ղեկավարները եղել են նաև ռազմական նշանակության ապրանքներ թողարկող արտադրամասերում:

Միջոցառման երկրորդ օրը ՀՀ-ից ժամանած բարձրաստիճան հյուրերը այցելել են հյուսիս-արևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամաս, շնորհավորել դիրքապահ անձնակազմին Սուրբ Զատիկի կապակցությամբ, հետաքրքրվել օպերատիվ-մարտավարական իրադրությամբ, ծանոթացել հակառակորդի հետ անմիջական շփման պայմաններում մարտական հերթապահության կրման խնդիրներին ու զինծառայողների սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմաններին, ինչպես նաև գործնականում պարզորոշել հարակից վարչական շրջանների և բանակային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների միջև առկա փոխհամագործակցության առանձնահատկությունները:

Նշենք, որ հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների պաշտպանության ոլորտում առկա համագործակցության ծրագրի շրջանակում ապրիլի 19-ին Արցախ են ժամանել ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետը, ՀՀ մարզպետները, պաշտպանության նախարարության և ԶՈՒ ԳՇ ներկայացուցիչներ:
