Վերցնել երեք ճաշի գդալ մանդարինի կեղև, վրան լցնել շատ տաք ջուր, թրմել մեկ-երկու ժամ և քամել: Ավելացնել քիչ քանակությամբ մեղր և խմել թուրմը օրվա ընթացքում:

Մեկ մանդարինի կեղևի վրա լցնել 100 գ օղի, թրմել մութ տեղում մեկ շաբաթ: Ընդունել 20 կաթիլ օրը 3 անգամ ուտելուց առաջ:
