Խեղդվել կարող է ցանկացած մարդ,սակայն երեխաների դեպքում գործը բարդանում է։Շատ դեմքերում երեխայի համար խեղդվելը հավասարազոր է մահվան։Մեծերը պետք է իմանան․թե ինչ անել նման դեպքերում։

Երբ երեխան խեղդվում է,շատ կարևոր է արագ շտապօգնություն կանչել և ինքնուրույն ցուցաբերել առաջին օգնություն։

Առաջին օգննության ժամանակ նախ պետք է բարձրացնել երեխայի ձեռքերը,որպեսզի բացվեն շնչառական ուղիները։Եթե այս գործողությունը չօգնի,ապա պետք է պահել երեխային փորի վրա և 5 անգամ հարվածել կողոսկրի մեջտեղի հատվածում։

Եթե երեխան խեղդվել է ինչ-որ փոքրիկ կտորով,ապա պետք է բարձրացնել նրա ոտքերից կամ այնպես անել,որ նա փսխի։

Երեխայի շնչառական ուղիները բացելու համար պետք է նրան հենել մեջքով դեպի ձեզ և սեղմել ստամոքսի հատվածում։

Եթե շնչառական ուղիներում կոշտ իր է,ապա պետք է պահել երեխային դեմքով դեպի ներքև և հարվածել կրծոսկրի մեջտեղում։

Չի կարելի մատը մցնել երեխայի բերանի խոռոչ,քանի որ այդպես հնարավոր է էլ ավելի խորացնել խանգարող իրը։Դա կբարդացնի իրավիճակը։

1 տարեկանից բարձր երեխաների դեպքում պետք է կանգնել նրա հետևում,մի ձեռքով գրկել գոտկատեղից,մյուս ձեռքով սեղմումներ կատարել կողոսկրերի մեջտեղի հատվածում։

Շարունակել այս գործողությունները քանի դեռ խեղդող իրը դուրս չգա։

Այս իրավիճակում երեխայի մոտ հնարավոր է կոկորդում սպազմ,որը կկանգնեցնի նրա շնչառությունը։Երեխային արհեստական շնչառություն տալու հմտություններին տիրապետելու համար դիտեք հետևյալ հոլովակը։
