ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի եւ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Երեւան քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայում գործող դեղատանը կատարված ավազակային հարձակման դեպքի հանգամանքները. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Երեւան քաղաքի 29-ամյա բնակչին:

2019թ. ապրիլի 24-ին՝ ժամը 01։30-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երեւան քաղաքի Տիգրան Մեծի պողոտայում գտնվող դեղատանը դիմակավորված մի անձ դանակի սպառնալիքով գումար է հափշտակել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի եւ Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով,  ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ, ԱՁ-ն եւ դեղատան աշխատակիցը ճանաչվել են տուժող:

Քրեական գործով կատարված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաեւ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ ծնված 1989թ.:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2019թ. ապրիլի 24-ին՝ ժամը 01:10-ի սահմաններում,  ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, դեմքի մի մասը քողարկելով սպորտային բաճկոնին ամրացված գլխարկով, օգտվելով հաճախորդների բացակայության հանգամանքից, ներխուժել է դեղատուն, հարձակվել դեղատան աշխատակցի վրա, որպես զենք օգտագործվող դանակով նրա կյանքի համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով պահանջել եւ ստացել է ափիոնում պարունակող, ալկալոիդ հանդիսացող կոդեինի պարունակությամբ դեղորայք, դրամարկղից հափշտակել է գումար, իսկ դեղատան աշխատակցից` վերջինիս «SAMSUNG» ապրանքանիշի բջջային հեռախոսը, ոսկյա մատանին, դրամապանակը եւ դիմել փախուստի:

Քննությամբ պարզվել է նաեւ, որ նշված հանցագործությունը կատարելուց առաջ 29-ամյա տղամարդը  թաքնվել է իրավապահ մարմիններից՝ մեկ այլ քրեական գործով մեղադրվելով ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով նախատեսված՝ բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելու եղանակով ուրիշի զգալի չափերի գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարելու մեջ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 2019թ. ապրիլի 27-ին Երեւանի բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 4-րդ կետով: Նույն օրը մեղադրյալը տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, քանի որ դեռեւս 11.03.2019թ. ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանի կողմից վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված է եղել կալանավորումը։
