«Ազգային օրակարգ» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր եւ խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան գրառմամբ անդրադարձել է ԵԱՏՄ միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ ՌԴ վարչապետ Դմիտրի Մեդվեդեւի կատակին՝ նշելով, որ ՌԴ վարչապետի պահվածքն առնվազն անտակտ եւ դատապարտելի էր բարեկամական դաշնակից երկրում, եւ ՌԴ ղեկավարությունը պետք է բացատրություններ տա։ Գրառման մեջ ասվում է.

«Ռուսաստանի եւ Հայաստանի վարչապետների միջեւ տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը, իր ողջ տհաճությամբ եւ գրոտեսկով հանդերձ, առնվազն մի քանի դիտարկումների տեղիք է տալիս՝

ա) ՌԴ վարչապետի պահվածքը, առնվազն անտակտ եւ դատապարտելի էր՝ բարեկամական դաշնակից երկրում, այդ երկրի կառավարության ղեկավարին հանրային հարթակում անիմաստ կերպով նսեմացնելը փաստացի դիվանագիտական սկանդալ է, եւ ՌԴ ղեկավարությունը պետք է բացատրություններ տա

բ) ՀՀ վարչապետը, մանավանդ իր երկրի տարածքում, պետք է իր երկրի պետական լեզվով ելույթ ունենա, եւ չփորձի հաճոյանալ կազմակերպության մնացած անդամներին։ Դրա համար կա որակյալ սինքրոն թարգմանություն, բոլորը կհասկանան, ու ժամանակի հետ կհամակերպվեն, այսպիսի խնդիրներ էլ չեն առաջանա։

գ) ավելի ընդարձակ իմաստով, բոլորս պետք է մեզ հարց տանք, թե ինչ է ընկած այդպիսի քամհարական վերաբերմունքի հետեւում՝ սա առաջին դեպքը չի, երբ ՀՀ ղեկավարը հանրային նվաստացվում է ԵԱՏՄ «դաշնակիցների» կողմից՝ հիշենք միայն Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի որ վաղ հանրային ցուցումները Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, կամ դրանից էլ վաղ՝ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաեւի կողմից կոշտ գրոհը Սերժ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ Աստանայում։

Թեեւ մեծ գայթակղություն կա ամենը վերագրել միայն «դաշնակիցներին», իրականությունը այն է, որ մեր անմիջական ազդեցության լծակները նրանց վրա սահմանափակ են, փոխարենը մենք կարող ենք աշխատել նրա վրա, որ փոխենք մեր սեփական վարքագիծը, հենց այդ վարքագծով հարգանքի արժանանանք, եւ հարգալից վերաբերմունք պարտադրենք մեր երկրի եւ այն ներկայացնող պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ։ Այս իմաստով, յուրաքանչյուրդ կարող եք ձեր նկատառումները հայտնել, թե ինչ պետք է անի մեր երկիրը սեփական կշիռը եւ արժեքը օտարների աչքերում բարձրացնելու համար, կարծում եմ, դա շատ կարեւոր քննարկում է, որը մեզ այս պահին պակասում է»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երբ ԵԱՏՄ միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել էր, որ եթե հարցեր չկան, ապա կարող են անցնել  համաձայնեցված փաստաթղթերի ստորագրմանը, Դմիտրի Մեդվեդեւը պատասխանել էր կատակով՝ ասելով. «Нет! Перейти куда?»: Մեդվեդեւի այս կատակը լայնորեն քննարկվում է համացանցում։
