Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Վարդան Գրիգորյանը ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գեւորգյանի, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովի, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի գործով ինքնաբացարկի որոշման մեջ երեք հիմք է նշել։

Մասնավորապես Վարդան Գրիգորյանը, ուսումնասիրելով  գործի նյութերը պարզել է, որ սույն գործն անջատվել է դեռեւս 2008 թվականին հարուցված եւ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող  քրեական գործից, իսկ այդ գործով նախաքննության ընթացքում, ինչես նաեւ այդ գործից հետագայում անջատված մասերով նաեւ դատարաններում, իրականացրել է երկու մեղադրյալների շահերի պաշտպանություն: Նշենք, որ խոսքը Մարտի մեկի գործի մասին է։

Վարդան Գրիգորյանը նաեւ նշել է, որ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ին Երեւան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահի կողմից իրեն է  մակագրվել ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության ընդհանուր բնույթի հանցագործությունների քննության վարչության ՀԿԳ ավագ քննիչ Հր.Մուշեղյանի միջնորդությունը` թիվ 62202608 քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ Վահագն Հարությունյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ։ Այս գործով Գրիգորյանը, դատախազի միջնորդության հիման վրա. 2018թ-ի դեկտեմբերի 29–ին հայտնել էի ինքնաբացարկ:

Գրիգորյանը գործի նյութերի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզել է  նաեւ, որ  ինքը ժամանակին աշխատել է գործով մեղադրյալներից Ռոբերտ  Քոչարյանի շահերի պաշտպան Ռուբեն Սահակյանի ղեկավարությամբ։

«Ես 2007 թվականից մինչեւ 2014 թվականը աշխատել եմ ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակում եւ ինձ հետ աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը, որպես գործատու, 2007 թվականին կնքվել է, ինչպես նաեւ հետագայում այդ պայմանագարի ժամկետը երկարացվել է ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Ռ.Սահակյանի կողմից»,–նշել է նա:

Նշենք, որ Գրիգորյանն ինքնաբացարկ է հայտնել մայսիի 6–ին։

ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի եւ մյուսների գործի քննությունը համակարգչային եղանակով պատահական բաշխման սկզբունքով վերամակագրվել է Երեւան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Գրիգորյանին։
