Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը և երկրորդ նախագահ Արկադի Ղուկասյանը բաց նամակով դիմել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին՝ մայիսի 9-ին ընդառաջ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու խնդրանքով: ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին ուղղված նամակում ասված է.

«Հարգելի՛ պարոն Դավթյան, ինչպես գիտեք, ամեն տարի մայիսի 9-ին Արցախում հանդիսավորությամբ նշվում է Հաղթանակի տոնը, Արցախի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի եւ Շուշիի ազատագրման օրը։ Ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ Ստեփանակերտում եւ Շուշիում անցկացվող տոնակատարությունների հյուր են դառնում, ի թիվս այլ հարգարժան հյուրերի, Արցախի Հանրապետության բոլոր նախկին ղեկավարները, մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց հսկայական ավանդն են ներդրել Արցախյան պատերազմում, կանգնած են եղել մեր պետության եւ բանակի ստեղծման ակունքներում, մասնակցել են Շուշիի ազատագրմանը, կերտել են մեր Հաղթանակը։

Հաշվի առնելով, որ Արցախի Հանրապետության առաջին նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը կալանավորված է, խնդրում ենք Ձեզ մայիսի 9-ին ընդառաջ կայացնել համապատասխան որոշում նրա խափանման միջոցը փոխելու մասին։

Մենք պատրաստ ենք հանդես գալ ցանկացած հրապարակային երաշխիքով, որն անհրաժեշտ կլինի նրա՝ մեկուսարանից ազատ արձակվելու եւ կայանալիք դատավարության ողջ ընթացքում ազատության մեջ լինելու համար։
