ԱԺ-ում քննարկվում է կառավարության կողմից ՀՀ Հարկային օրենսգրքում լրացում և փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին օրենքի նախագիծն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունելու մասին հարցը:

Հիմնական զեկուցողը բնապահպանության նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանն է:

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է ՀՀ հարկային օրենսգրքի 64-րդ հոդվածում ավելացված արժեքի հարկից ազատվող ցանկում ընդգրկել նաև բացառապես էլեկտրական շարժիչով աշխատող տրանսպորտային միջոցների ներմուծումը  կամ օտարումը՝ մինչև 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ը: Նախագծի նպատակը բնապահպանական է, միտված է շրջակա միջավայրի աղտոտման նվազեցմանը: 

Հարցի առնչությամբ իր ելույթում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Միքայել Մելքումյանն ասաց. 

«Այս օրենսդրական նախագիծը պետք է ընդունվի: Ինձ ուղղակի զարմացնում է, թե ինչո՞ւ հերթական անգամ Վրաստանում ցուցանիշներն առավել ընդլայնված են, իսկ մենք ավելի ուշ ենք հասնում տեղ:  Էլեկտրամոբիլների ներկրումով մեր բյուջեն 60-ից 70 մլն դոլար միայն մաքսատուրքի գծով կորուստ է ունենալու»:
