Հայոց ցեղասպանության ոճրագործ Ջեմա փաշայի թոռը՝ Հասան Ջեմալը Քրդական բանվորական կուսակցության (PKK) քարոզչությունն անելու հիմնավորմամբ մեղավոր է ճանաչվել՝ պարտավորվելով վճարել 3 հազար 360 թուրքական լիրա (ավելի քան 500 ԱՄՆ դոլար) տուգանք: Այս  մասին հայտնում է թուրքական «Հուրիեթ» պարբերականը:

Ի սկզբանե Ստամբուլի դատարանը մտադիր է եղել նրան 2015 թվականին տպագրված հոդվածի համար ազատազրկել 3 տարի և 22 օրով, սակայն բողոքարկումներից հետո կալանքը փոխվել է տուգանքի:
