«Անցումային արդարադատության գործիքակազմը կարելի էր քննարկել բացառապես այն դեպքում, երբ իշխանությունները պատրաստ լինեին քննարկելու Հայաստանում Սահմանադրական նոր փոփոխությունների փաթեթը՝ զուգահեռաբար... Այն պարագայում, երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանի համար կարված կոստյումը այլևս դիսկոմֆորտ չէ, ավելին՝ լավ էլ կոմֆորտ է, անցումային արդարադատության գործիքակազմի կիրառումը նշանակում է երկիրը սուպերվարչապետականից վերածել կայսերական, համարյա տիեզերական կառավարման մի մոդելի...

Ի վերջո, պարզ է, չէ՞, որ գործող սահմանադրության այս զզվելի բորշչը եփվել է բացառապես մեկ անձի համար, բացառապես բոլոր հոդվածները կարված են մեկ անձի՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանի քմահաճույքի համար... Բարեփոխեք իրավական համակարգը՝ մեծ փաթեթով... Թե՞ անցումայինի դեպքում կարելի է որոշումներ կայացնել ըստ ճաշակի, իսկ օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների պարագայում՝ ըստ օրենքի...

Բարելավեք օրենքները, ու մի մտեք պետության համար չափազանց վտանգավոր դաշտ... Առաջիկայում, իհարկե, հուզիչ հիմնավորումների պակաս չի լինի՝ թալանել են, պետք ա հետ բերենք և այլն, բայց այդ ամենը կարելի է անել՝ վերացնելով օրենսդրական խութերն ու անհարթությունները՝ պահպանելով օրենքի գերակայությունն ու բացառելով սուբյեկտիվիզմը...

Մնացածը լոլոների ու կտերի դաշտից է...
