«Բա ո՞վ պիտի վճարի վերելակների վերանորոգման և սպասարկման գումարը, եթե ոչ բնակչությունը»-ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Հայկ Գևորգյանը` անդրադառնալով Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանի այն հայտարարությանը, որ վերելակները կվերանորոգվեն, իսկ բնակիչները տարիների ընթացքում կվճարեն: Պատգամավորի խոսքով, եթե անգամ ասեին, որ կառավարությունն է վճարելու դրա համար կամ քաղաքապետարանը, ամեն դեպքում բնակչությունն այդ ներդրման համար պիտի վճարի. «Պատկերացրեք, այդպես ստացվում է, որ սեփական տան ապրողը կամ խուլ գյուղում ապրողը հարկերի միջոցով պիտի վճարի շենքերի բնակիչների վերելակների համար:

Նրանք պիտի վճարեն իրենց վերելակի համար: Եթե շենքի բնակիչների կտուրը ծակվի, ինչ է, քաղաքապետարա՞նը պիտի վճարի, իհա՛րկե ոչ: Եթե մարդն ուզում է օգտվել նոր և որակյալ վերելակից, ապա հենց ինքը պիտի վճարի, ճապոնացիները չեն գալու վճարեն»,-ասաց պատգամավորը:

Հարցին, թե՝ ստացվում է, որ անտեղի է բնակիչների բողոքն այս պարագայում, պատգամավորն ասաց. «Իհարկե, ես չեմ հասկանում այն տրամաբանությունը, թե պետությունը պիտի մեր վերելակը սարքի: Տեսեք, օրինակ` քաղաքապետարանը վարկ է վերցնում, ներդրում է անում, որպեսզի վերելակը սարքվի, ով պիտի վճարի այդ վարկը, պարզ չէ, որ բնակիչները: Ոչ ոք հենց այնպես փող չի տալիս, որ ճանապարհներ կամ վերելակներ սարքվեն»,-եզրափակեց Հայկ Գևորգյանը: Ամփոփելով իր խոսքը, պատգամավորը խորին համոզմունքով վստահեցրեց` չնչին գումարներ են ավելանալու` տրամաբանության տիրույթում, և արդյունքում լինելու են նոր և վերանորոգված վերելակներ:
