«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ հայտնի դարձավ, որ Ազգային ժողովին պետբյուջեով հատկացված գումարը չի բավարարում։ Դեռևս մայիս ամիսն է, 6-7 ամիս կա մինչև տարեվերջ, բայց խորհրդարանում արդեն 892 մլն 628 900 դրամի պակասուրդ է առաջացել։ Պարզվում է, որ այդ, այսպես կոչված, «պակասուրդն» առաջացել է ԱԺ պատգամավորների և մշտական հանձնաժողովների թվի ավելացման պատճառով: Փաստացի, այսօր խորհրդարանում ավելացել է 59 նոր հաստիք։ Բնականաբար, անընդհատ օպտիմալացումից և բյուջետային ծախսերից խոսող վարչապետն ու կառավարությունը տվյալ պահանջը բավարարել են և որոշել տրամադրել համապատասխան գումարը: Հասկանալի է, հակառակ դեպքում անհասկանալի վիճակ կստեղծվեր խորհրդարանում: Սակայն այս երևույթն ինքնին բավականին ցցուն է երևում հատկապես այն ֆոնին, երբ կառավարության կառուցվածքային փոփոխությունների և օպտիմալացման արդյունքում կրճատվեցին նախարարություններ և բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ դարձան ու առաջիկայում կդառնան գործազուրկ: Ստացվում է, որ մեր կառավարությունը մի յուրահատուկ երկակի (որոշ դեպքերում՝ բազմակի) ստանդարտների քաղաքականություն է վարում:
