«Մեր ժամանակաշրջանում նման շփումները դժվար չէ պատկերացնել: Նույնիսկ պատերազմական տարիներին եղել են ուղիղ կապի մեխանիզմներ»,- այս մասին ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը` անդրադառնալով օրեր առաջ վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանի հայտարարությանը, թե հատուկ խողովակներով և ամենօրյա ռեժիմով ապահովվում է Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան կապը` ինֆորմացիաների փոխանակման նպատակով: Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանի խոսքով` դրանք նպաստում են լարվածության թուլացմանը. «Օպերատիվ կապի միջոցով հնարավորություն է լինում քննարկել հարցերը կամ խնդիրները, պարզաբանել դրանք: Դա իսկապես ողջունելի է, եթե նպաստում է հարաբերությունների լարվածության թուլացմանը»,-ասաց նա:

Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է դա տեղի ունենում` Փաշինյան-Ալիև՞, թե՞ նախարարությունների մակարդակում, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց. «Քանի որ ես հստակ ինֆորմացիա այդ առումով չունեմ, կարող եմ իմ ենթադրությամբ նշել, որ նախարարությունների մակարդակում է լինում դա: Գուցե ՊՆ-ում կամ ԱԳՆ-ում կան մարդիկ, ովքեր զբաղվում են ինֆորմացիաների փոխանակությամբ»,-ասաց Տաթևիկ Հայրապետյանը:

Դիտարկամանը` եթե ամենօրյա ռեժիմով շփումը նպաստում է հարաբերությունների լարվածության թուլացմանը, ապա ինչո՞ւ է վերջին շրջանում սահմանային իրավիճակում պահպանվում լարվածություն: Կարելի՞ է ենթադրել, որ ամենալարված օրերին շփումը չի լինում, պատգամավորը պատասխանեց. «Չեմ կարծում, թե պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ այդ օրերին շփումը չի լինում: Իրականում, պատճառները տարբեր կարող են լինել, բնականաբար, այնպես չի, որ Ադրբեջանը մի կողմ է թողել պատերազմի վերսկսման հավանականությունը, նրանք միշտ էլ օգտվելու են առիթից: Մի կողմից՝ նաև փորձում է Արցախի շուրջ պահել այն իրավիճակը, թե Արցախը պատերազմական ակտիվ գոտի է, որպեսզի կանխի միջազգային այցերը:

Հունիսի 1-ից մինչև հունիսի 9-ը Արցախում նախատեսվում է չճանաչված պետությունների ֆուտբոլի առաջնություն, միջազգային հյուրեր են ներկա լինելու և այս առումով, հավանաբար, Ադրբեջանը փորձում է Արցախում լարված մթնոլորտի տպավորություն ստեղծել»,- եզրափակեց պատգամավորը` ընդգծելով, որ երկուշաբթի օրվանից Ադրբեջանը նոր զորավարժություններ է վերսկսում, սակայն, թե Հայաստանը երբ կնախաձեռնի զորավարժություններ` դեռևս տեղյակ չէ:
