Նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը երբեք չի խոսում այն մասին, թե ինչ է անում այս կամ այն մարդու համար ու ես էլ այս հարցին չէի անդրադառնա, եթե չտեսնեի, թե որոշ խմբեր՝ ուղղորդմամբ կամ մանիպուլացիայի զոհ դառնալով, ինչ ռակուրսով են անդրադառնում նախագահների վերջին նախաձեռնությանը:
Շատ տարօրինակ էր լսել այն մասին, թե՝ բա ինչի Բակո Սահակյանը ոչինչ չէր անում, երբ մեր հայրենակից, բարերար Լևոն Հայրապետյանը կալանքի տակ էր: 
Չէի անդրադառնա հարցի այն հատվածին, երբ ՀՀ-ում տեղի ունեցող իրավական պրոցեսը համեմատության մեջ էր դրվում ՌԴ-ում տեղի ունեցածի հետ, միայն կնշեմ, որ Լևոն Հայրապետյանի ծանր օրերին, նախագահ Սահակյանն արել է ամեն ինչ՝ հնարավորն ու անհնարինը, օգտագործել իր բոլոր կապերը, թե Հայաստանում, թե արտերկրում:
Հայրապետյանի նեղ շրջապատի ներկայացուցիչները լավ գիտեն, ինչպես բարերարի բանտում հայտնվելու, այնպես էլ, դրան հաջորդած զարգացումների մանրամասներին, այս փուլում չէի ցանկանա անդրադառնալ դրանց:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերվում է նախագահի՝ այդ հարցով ցուցաբերած պահվածքին, դրա մասին, գոնե մասամբ, կարելի է կարծիք կազմել Լևոն Հայրապետյանի դստեր՝ Անժելիկա Հայրապետյանի մեկնաբանություններից, որը ներկայացնում եմ ստորև: Հուսով եմ՝ այս թեմային այլևս առիթ չի լինի անդրադառնալու:
