Խոշոր ավտովթար Տավուշի մարզում. ճակատ-ճակատ բախվել են Hyundai Solaris-ն ու Нива-ն. կա 5 վիրավոր

Այսօր՝  մայիսի 22-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում։ Ժամը 14։45-ի սահմաններում Դիլիջևան-Սևան-Իջևան ավտոճանապարհի 102 կմ հատվա]ում ճակատ-ճակատի բախվել են Hyundai Solaris մակնիշի 35 GԼ 211 համարանիշի և ВАЗ 2121 մակնիշի 91 TM 900 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 5 հոգի մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են Դիլիջանի բժշկական կենտրոն։ Վիրավորներին առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիները և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Դիլիջանի թիվ 63 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ ջոկատի հրամանատար Կորյուն Փիրումյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ օպերատիվ են գործել ոչ միայն փրկարարները, այլ նաև Դիլիջանի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկները, ովքեր մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը, վիրավորներին տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն են ցուցաբերել։ Փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենաները, փակել գազաբալոններն ու սահմանազատել են տարածքը։ Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Էդգար Սուսլիյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Կարեն Աբազյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Յուրա Հովհաննիսյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է օպերատիվ խումբը՝ քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ավագ օպերլիազոր Ռուդիկ Սարհատյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Տեղում հետաքննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավաորւմ է ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի հետաքննիչ Հարություն Մարգարյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։ Ոստիկանությունը պարզում է վարորդների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։ Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
