Իրավաբանների ու քաղաքական գործիչների ստվար մասի կողմից բարձրացրած դատաիրավական համակարգը վեթինգի ենթարկելու պահանջն իրացնելու պատկերացումները խիստ տարբեր են: Քաղաքական գործիչների մի մասն առաջարկում է քաղաքական որոշում կայացնել և առանց հաշվի առնելու միջազգային օրենքներն ու պարտավորությունները ոլորտում հեղափոխական բնույթի կտրուկ քայլեր իրականացնել: Ավելի պահպանողական հայացքներ ունեցող քաղաքագետներն ու իրավաբաններն առաջարկում են չշտապել, հարցը մի լավ ուսումնասիրել, որպեսզի համակարգում վեթինգի հետևանքով սպասվող ցնցումների ուժգնությունն ավերիչ չափերի չհասնի:

Երկու մոտեցման կողմնակիցներն էլ իրենց հիմնավորումներ են ներկայացնում, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրն առանձին քննարկման թեմա է: Սակայն, մեկ բան հստակ է, որ այն չի կարող լավատեսական հույսերը ջլատելու չափ դանդաղ ընթանալ, քանի որ բոլորին է հայտնի, որ համակարգը վաղուց այն աստիճանի ծանր հիվանդ է, որ այլևս որևէ թերապիա, նույնիսկ՝ քիմիական, չի կարող բուժել հիվանդ օրգանիզմը:

Այնուամենայնիվ, հարցը շարունակում է օրակարգային մնալ և տարբեր ձևաչափերով քննարկվել: Այսօր այն քննարկվել է Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտում: Բանախոսներից անվտանգության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների միջազգային փորձագետ Սոսի Թաթիկյանն անդրադառնալով վեթինգի միջազգային փորձին, նշել է, որ ազգային կարիքներին ճիշտ լուծումներ տալու համար անհրաժեշտ է տեղայնացված մոդել մշակել, նոր միայն այն կիրառել:

Հանդիպման մյուս բանախոսը՝ Իրավանանների հայկական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Կարեն Զադոյանը նույնպես այն կարծիքի է, որ վեթինգի հաջող իրականացումը պայմանավորված է հարցերին սուվերեն մոտեցում ցուցաբերելու և մոդելի համակարգային, այսինքն՝ ՀՀ Սահմանադրության ու միջազգայնորեն ստանձնած պարտավորությունների միջակայքում տեղանացնելու ու այն արդյունավետ ներդնելու հնարավորությունից, հաշվի առնելով նաև միջազգային պրակտիակայի դասերը:

Ամեն դեպքում ընդգծենք, որ ցանկացած հիվանդության բուժման սխեմա արդյունավետ է բուժման որոշակի տեմպերի դեպքում միայն: Մնացյալ բոլոր դեպքերում՝ դանդաղելու կամ շատ արագ գործելու ժամանակ, այն ոչ թե կօգնի, այլ նույնիսկ կարող է մահվան հանգեցնել: Բայց որ խնդիրն օրհասական է ու ամենօրյա ուշադրության կենտրոնում պետք է լինի, միանշանակ է: Հակառակ դեպքում, մետաստազներն ավելի արագ կզարգանան ու կտարածվեն այլ ոլորտներում ևս, ինչն ավելի կբարձացնի դրա բուժման ընթացքը:
