Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի հայ մասնագետների հետ մշակել և ստացել է փորձնական մի ծրագիր, որը կիրառելու դեպքում կարելի է զերծ մնալ ցանկացած տիպի հեռախոսային գաղտնալսումներից: Ծրագիրը գործում է նաև ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանի հեռախոսում: Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում բյուջեի՝ ԱԱԾ կատարողականը ներկայացնելուց հետո խոսեց Վանեցյանը` պատասխանելով «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Մանե Թանդիլյանի հարցին:

Թանդիլյանը հիշեց ԱԱԾ տնօրենի և ՀՔԾ պետի հեռախոսազրույցի գաղտնալսման դեպքը: Նա հետաքրքրվեց, թե արդյոք հիմա նման ռիսկերից ապահովագրված են, և ավելի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ արդյոք ապահովագրված են և արդյոք բացահայտված են նշված դեպքի աղբյուրները:

«Ինչ վերաբերվում է գործի բացահայտմանը, այդ պահին զերծ կմնամ մեկնաբանությունից, քանի որ գործը քննվում է Քննչական կոմիտեում: Ինչ վերաբերում է հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների, ընդհանուր առմամբ, պաշտպանվածությանը, ապա ժամանակակից աշխարհում հեռախոսային խոսակցությունների 100 տոկոսանոց գաղտնիության ապահովում գրեթե անհնար է: Բայց մինչև հայտնի գաղտնալսումների ի հայտ գալը ԱԱԾ-ն տեղի տեղեկատվական ոլորտի մասնագետների հետ սկսել էր մշակել մի ծրագիր, որը պետք է կիրառվեր և զերծ պահեր ցանկացած տիպի գաղտնալսումներից։ Այդ ծրագիրը գործում է, իմ հեռախոսի վրա տեղադրված է: Դա դեռևս թեստային տարբերակն է, ստուգում ենք բոլոր տեսակի խոցելիությունները։ Այս պահին բավականին պաշտպանված է, և շատ-շատ մասնագետներ արդեն տվել են եզրակացություն, որ գրեթե անհնար է այդ հավելվածի գաղտնալսումը»,-ասաց Վանեցյանն ու հավելեց, որ դա ամբողջովին հայկական արտադրանք է:

Վանեցյանը նշեց, որ սերվերը ֆիզիկապես գտնվում է ԱԱԾ շենքում և գաղտնագրվում է ամբողջությամբ։ Անգամ եթե փորձեն իրենք իրենց գաղտնալսել, չեն կարողանա: 

ԱԱԾ տնօրենը նշեց, որ հետագայում եթե ծրագիրն արդարացնի իրեն՝ պետք է որոշվի այն պետական պաշտոնյաների խումբը, որոնք պետք է օգտվեն դրանից: Նա նաև տեղեկացրեց, որ դեռ հայտնի գաղտնալսման դեպքի ժամանակ էլ այդ աշխատանքները կատարվել էին: «Ուղղակի, քանի որ ես գտնվում էի երկրից դուրս, օգտվում էինք ուղիղ բաց կապից»,-ասաց նա ու խորհուրդ տվեց ռոումինգից օգտվելիս շատ բան չխոսել:
