Օրերս 120000 ցուցարարներ դուրս էին եկել Վացլավի հրապարակ՝ Պրահայի կենտրոնում, ու պահանջում էին վարչապետ Անդրեյ Բաբիշի հրաժարականը: Նրան մեղադրում են ԵՄ լրավճարների անօրինական օգտագործման մեջ: Եթե պաշտոնապես հաստատվի, որ հանրահավաքին իրոք 120000 մարդ է մասնակցել, դա կլինի 1989-ին իրավապաշպան Վացլավ Հավելին իշխանության բերած թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո ամենամեծ բողոքի ակցիան: Վարչապետը հերքում է իրավասությունները գերազանցելու մեղադրանքը, չնայած ԵՄ զեկույցի սևագրի հայտնվելուն, որի հեղինակները պահանջում են վերադարձնել Չեխիային տրված սուբսիդիաները:

Նախկին կոմունիստ Բաբիշը Չեխիայի երկրորդ ամենահարուստ քաղաքացին է: Նա իշխանության է եկել 2017-ին՝ իբրև պոպուլիստական ANO կուսակցության նախագահ, որ հանդես էր գալիս եվրեսկեպտիցիզմի դիրքերից ու հակակոռուպցիոն խոստումներով: Չնայած Բաբիշի հրաժարականի պահանջներին, նրա կուսակցությունը Եվրախորհրդարանի ընտրություններում առաջինն էր՝ ստանալով ձայների 21,2%-ը: Ապրիլին Չեխիայի ոստիկանությունը Բաբիշին ներկայացրեց ԵՄ սուբսիդիաների խարդախության մեղադրանք, ինչը վարչապետը հերքեց: Սկանդալի պատճառով արդարադատության նախարարը հրաժարական տվեց, նախարար նշանակվեց Մարիա Բենեշովան. ի դեպ նշենք, որ ցուցարարաները պահանջում են նաև նրա հրաժարականը: Անցած ուրբաթ մամուլում հայտնվեց Եվրահանձնաժողովի զեկույցի սևագիրը, որի հեղինակները եզրակացնում էին՝ վարչապետը պետք է ԵՄ-ին վերադարձնի մի քանի տասնյակ միլիոն եվրո, որ հատկացվել էր իբրև սուբսիդիա:

Հավելենք նաևԲաբիշն իր Agrofert հոլդինգը հանձնել է որդիների կառավարմանը՝ 2017-ին իշխանության գալուց երկու ամիս առաջ, սակայն Եվրահանձնաժողովում եզրակացրել են, որ նա միևնույն է, շահույթ է ստանում հոլդինգից: Նրանից կարող են պահանջել 17,5 միլիոն եվրո վերադարձնել: Բաբիշը մեղադրանքն անվանում է «կեղտոտ սուտ»:

Եվրահանձնաժողովի սևագիր զեկույցը փաստացի արտացոլում է Հին ու Նոր Եվրոպաների բախումը: Արևելյան Եվրոպայի երկրներն Արևմտյան Եվրոպայի ԵՄ անդամների հետ մենթալիտետային տարբերությունները չեն կարողանում հաղթահարել, որ երևան են գալիս Հունգարիայի, Լեհաստանի, այժմ արդեն Չեխիայի հետ կոնֆլիկտներով: Անդրեյ Բաբիշին ներկայացված մեղադրանքը Չեխիայի արդարադատությանը թողնելով, արժե պարզել՝ գուցե խնդիրը նրա եվրասկեպտիկ ու պոպուլիստ լինե՞լն է: Ու եթե Բաբիշի ANO կուսակցությունը Եվրախորհրդարանի ընտրություններում առաջինն էր՝ ստանալով ձայների 21,2%, միանգամից հարց է առաջանում՝ ո՞ր ուժերն են վարչապետի հրաժարականը պահանջում:
