Հայկական կողմը պետք է հիշի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ իր պարտավորությունների մասին, չպետք է խախտի հրադադարը, ավելին՝ պատասխանատվություն պետք է կրի իր խփված ուղղաթիռի, զոհված օդաչուների համար. իհարկե, գերտերությունների միջազգային կառույցների հայտարարությունների մեջ բառացիորեն այսպես չի ասվում, բայց նրանց ասածից դա է բխում: Այո, մենք էլ Ադրբեջանի հետ հավասար մեղավոր ենք, որ մեր ուղղաթիռը խփեցին, որ ամեն անգամ Ադրբեջանը հրադադար է խախտում, մենք էլ դրա համար պետք է դիտողություն ստանանք: Այսպես է ստացվում, ցավոք: Եվ եթե ոմանք սա կանվանեն դիվանագիտական լեզու, ապա ես կանվանեմ ցինիզմի բարձրագույն աստիճան, գագաթնակետ: Նայեք, թե ինչպես է մեկնաբանում միջադեպը ԱՄՆ Պետդետի՝ հոգեկան և մտավոր խնդիրներ ունեցողի տպավորություն թողնող խոսնակ Ջեն Փսակին, ով ամեն գնով հրաժարվում է ասել, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտողը եղել է հենց Ադրբեջանը. «Ես չունեմ որևէ վերլուծություն այս դեպքի հետ կապված: Մեկնաբանություններ և պնդումներ կան երկու կողմերից էլ, բայց ես որևէ այլ վերլուծություն սրանից ավել չեմ կարող»: Եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ Փսակին նույնիսկ չգիտի, որ Բելառուսը ծավափնյա երկիր չէ և մի առիթով նման բան է «դուրս տվել», ապա նորմալ է, որ բառերի այս արտաթորանքը ինքը անվանում է վերլուծություն:
ԱՄՆ Պետդեպից հետ չմնաց նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ջեյմս Ապպաթուրայը, որն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել էր. «Ինչպիսին էլ որ լինեն միջադեպի հանգամանքները, երկու կողմն էլ պիտի պահպանեն հանգստություն ու շարունակեն դիվանագիտական հանգուցալուծումը»: Կրկին նույն անհեթեթությունը՝ ինչու՞ երկու կողմը, երբ որ ակնհայտորեն Ադրբեջանն է խախտում հրադադարի ռեժիմը: Եվ սա կոչվում է դիվանագիտությու՞ն:
ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժան էլ իր հերթին բառերի մի այլ արտաթորանք-կույտ է նետել՝ նույն լղոզված բովանդակությամբ՝ «Խորապես համոզված ենք իրավիճակի սպառնացող զարգացման անթույլատրելիության մեջ: Դեպքերի նման շրջադարձը կանխելու համար ամենակարևորն ուժի կիրառումից հրաժարվելն է, հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագրերի խիստ պահպանումն ու սադրիչ գործողությունների բացառումը»: Ահա այսպես, նույնիսկ սադրիչ գործողություններ, և ոչ մի խոսք այն մասին, թե ով է սադրիչ գործողություններ անողը, կողքից լսողն էլ կարող է մտածել, որ մենք ենք:
Բայց սա դեռ ամենը չէ: Իսկ այ երբ այս ամենին միանում է մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակից կոչվողը, արդեն պատկերն իսկապես ամբողջանում է: Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի ցինիկ հայտարարությունում ասվում է. «Մենք հիշեցնում ենք Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարությանը պատասխանատվության մասին՝ կապված Սոչիում, Նյու պորտում ու Փարիզում նրանց կողմից ստանձնված պարտավորությունների հետ, որոնք ուղղված են հակամարտության խաղաղ լուծման որոնմանը»: Ուղղակի անհասկանալի է՝ Հայաստանի ղեկավարությանն ի՞նչ է հիշեցնում դաշնակիցը: Միգուցե՞ վախենում է Ադրբեջանի՞ց, թե՞ վախենում է, որ Ադրբեջանը կարող է իր զենքն այլևս չգնել:
Չգիտեմ ում համար ինչպես, սակայն անձամբ իմ համար այս ամենը նորություն չէր, որովհետև քաղաքականության մեջ բարեկամներ փնտրելը նույնն է, ինչ քամուն հակառակ ուղղությամբ թքելը: Իսկ արդյունքում միայն հիասթափություն և վնաս: Դրա փոխարեն ավելի լավ է միջազգային քաղաքականությանը նայել այլ աչքերով՝ չկան բարեկամներ, կան շահեր: Մեր միակ բարեկամը մենք ենք՝ անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ կառույցի կամ որ միության անդամ ենք: Այդ միության մյուս անդամների հետ ընդամենը որոշ հարցերում շահավետ համագործակցություն է, ոչ ավելին:
