Դիլիջան քաղաքում մեկնարկեց ֆրանսիական հեղինակավոր «Մտքերի գագաթնաժողով»-ը: Ամեն տարի Ֆրանսիայի Շամոնի քաղաքում անցկացվող «Մտքերի գագաթնաժողով»-ը («Summit of Minds») այս տարի առաջին անգամ է անցկացվում Հայաստանում: Հայաստանն առաջին երկիրն է, որը հյուրընկալում է այս միջոցառումը Շամոնիից դուրս:

Միջոցառման կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ բացառիկ պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք էր բերվել դեռևս 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, երբ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը որպես գլխավոր բանախոս մասնակցում էր ամենամյա «Մտքերի գագաթնաժողով»-ին:

Միջոցառման մասնակիցների շարքում են 2005-2007 թթ. Ֆրանսիայի վարչապետ Դոմինիկ դը Վիլպենը, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի վարչակազմում նախագահի անվտանգության հարցերով խորհրդական, գեներալ Ջեյմս Ջոնսը, Միջազգային մշակութային համագործակցության հարցերով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Միխայիլ Շվիդկոյը, ՄԱԿ-ի Առևտրի և զարգացման համաժողովի ներդրումների և ձեռնարկատիրության բաժնի տնօրեն Ջեյմս Ժանը, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի առողջապահության նախկին նախարար, Լոնդոնի կայսերական քոլեջի Գլոբալ առողջապահական նորարարությունների ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Լորդ Արա Դարզին, Իտալիայի ազգային հետազոտական խորհրդի նախագահ Մասիմո Ինգուշոն, Siemens ընկերության տնօրեն Ժան-Մարկ Լիշկան (Jan-Marc Lischka), Ֆրանսիական THALES ընկերության փոխնախագահ, տարածաշրջանային տնօրեն Փոլ Ռեմին, Սկոլկովոյի մենջմենթի դպրոցի խորհրդի ղեկավար, ՌԴ նախագահի աշխատակազմի նախկին ղեկավար Ալեքսանդր Վոլոշինը, Crans Montana ֆորումի նախագահ Պիեռ-Էմանուել Քուիրինը, ԱՄՆ Ազգային պաշտպանության համալսարանի հիմնադրամի նախագահ և տնօրեն Ուիլյամ Փարկերը և այլք:

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցում են հայաստանցի և օտարերկրացի ավելի քան հարյուր հեղինակավոր քաղաքական ու ռազմական գործիչներ, գիտնականներ ու վերլուծաբաններ, գործարարներ ու ձեռնարկատերեր։

Գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում նախատեսված են մի շարք թեմատիկ քննարկումներ, որոնց շրջանակում անդրադադարձ կկատարվի Եվրասիայի և Մերձավոր Արևելքի աշխարհաքաղաքական գործընթացներին, բարձր տեխնոլոգիաներին ու կառավարմանը, արհեստական բանականությանը, թվային տնտեսությանը և այլն:

Միջոցառումը կավարտվի հունիսի 9-ին: Գագաթնաժողովի գլխավոր գործընկերը «The Monthly Barometer» հեղինակավոր վերլուծական հանդեսն է:
