Նախագահի աշխատակազմը պետբյուջե է վերադարձրել ավելի քան 338 մլն դրամ տնտեսված միջոցներ

ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի աշխատակազմը նախորդ տարի պետբյուջեից հատկացված 2 մլրդ 38 մլն 937 հազար դրամից ծախսել է  1 մլրդ 700 մլն 267 հազար դրամը, մնացածը վերադարձվել է պետբյուջե:  ԱԺ մշտական հանձնաժողովների համատեղ նիստում 2018-ի պետական բյուջեի կատարման մասին տարեկան հաշվետվությունը ներկայացնելիս՝ այս մասին ասաց նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Էմիլ Տարասյանը:

«Նախագահի աշխատակազմի 2018 թվականի տարեկան ճշտված պլանը կազմել է 2 մլրդ 38 մլն 937 հազար դրամ, որից փաստացի ծախսվել է 1մլրդ 700 մլն 267 հազար դրամ: Դա կազմում է ճշտված բյուջեի 83.39 տոկոսը: Արդյունքում տնտեսվել և պետական բյուջե է վերադարձվել 338 մլն 670 հազար դրամ »,-ներկայացրեց Տարասյանը:

Նախագահի աշխատակազմը 2018 թվականի  ընթացքում ապահովել է Սահմանադրությամբ և օրենքներով նախագահին վերապահված լիազորությունների իրականացումը: Տարասյանը նշեց, որ, մասնավորապես, վավերացվել են ԱԺ-ի կողմից ընդունված 523 օրենքներ, կառավարության առաջարկությամբ կնքվել են 47 միջազգային պայմանագրեր, հրամանագրերով և կարգադրություններով 6744 անձանց շնորհվել է ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն, շնորհվել են 7 բարձրագույն դիվանագիտական և դասային աստիճաններ, 6 բարձրագույն զինվորական կոչում, 13 պատվավոր կոչում, 216-ը պարգևատրվել են շքանշաններով և մեդալներով: Մշակվել և նախագահի հաստատմանն է ներկայացվել ընդհանուր առմամբ 585 հրամանագիր և կարգադրություն:

Նախագահի աշխատակազմի կողմից 2018 թվականի ընթացքում իրականցված ծրագրերի մեծ մասը գործադիր իշխանության պետական կառվարման և հանրապետական տարածքային կառավարման մարմինների պահպանում ծրագիրն է: Այս ծրագրով նախագահի աշխատակազմի տարեկան ճշտված պլանը կազմել է 1 մլրդ 694 մլն 840 հազար դրամ, որից փաստացի ծախսվել է 1 մլրդ 391 մլն 216 հազ դրամ, ինչը կազմում է ճշտված բյուջեի 82 տոկոսը, տնտեսվել է շուրջ 303 մլն դրամ: Հիմնական տնտեսումները եղել են աշխատողների աշխատավարձեր և հավելավճարներ հոդվածով՝ տնտեսվել է 194 մլն դրամ: Էներգետիկ, կոմունալ և կապի ծախսերով տնտեսվել է 28 մլն դրամ, արտասահմանյան գործողումների մասով՝ 43 մլն դրամ, գրասենյակային, տրանսպորտային և կենցաղային նյութերով ՝ 12 մլն դրամ, կառույցների և սարքավորումների ընթացիկ նորոգման մասով ՝ 6 մլն և այլ ծախսերի մասով 16 մլն դրամ:
