Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության ավագ քննիչ Եդիգար Թորոսյանի որոշմամբ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի (ճանապարհատրանսպորտային պատահար, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է 2 և ավելի մարդու մահ) հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում պարզվել է հունիսի 8-ին Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհի 13-րդ կմ-ին՝ Մասիսի վարչական տարածքում տեղի ունեցած խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթարի հետևանքով մահացածների և վարորդների ինքնությունը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, պարզվել է՝ Subaru Legacy-ն վարել է Արարատի մարզի Մարմարաշեն գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 49-ամյա Վահան Կարապետյանը, ով բախվել է ճանապարհի աջակողմյան հատվածում կայանված Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ակունք գյուղի բնակիչ՝ 33-ամյա Աշոտ Կարապետյանին պատկանող Opel Vectra մակնիշի ավտոմեքենային, որից հետո բախվել է ВАЗ 2103-ին։

Վթարի հետևանքով Վ. Կարապետյանին, վերջինիս ուղևորներ՝ Արարատի մարզի Լուսաշող գյուղի բնակիչներ, 34-ամյա Արմեն Անդրեասյանին, 33-ամյա Արթուր Անդրասյանին և վարորդ Ա. Կարապետյանին մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխել էին հիվանդանոց, որտեղ Վ. Կարապետյանը, Ա. Կարապետյանը, իսկ հաջորդ օրը Ա. Անդրեասյանը գիտակցության չգալով՝ մահացել են։

Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են ВАЗ 2103-ի վարորդի ինքնությունը։ Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ կայանված ավտոմեքենաների վարորդները, ըստ ականատեսների, օգնություն ցուցաբերելիս են եղել քաղաքացիներին, և երբ վերադարձել են ու նստել ավտոմեքենաները, տեղի է ունեցել ավտովթարը։ Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր Shamshyan.com-ը, հունիսի 8-ին խոշոր ավտովթար էր տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում։ Ժամը 14։05-ի սահմաններում Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհի 13 կմ հատվածում բախվել էին ВАЗ 2103 մակնիշի 26 ՏՍ 145 համարանիշի, Opel Vectra մակնիշի 34 TQ 901 համարանիշի և Subaru մակնիշի 35 PC 740 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենաները։

Վթարի հետևանքով 5 հոգի, որոնց բոլորին առաջինը օգնության էին հասել քաղաքացիները, օպերատիվորեն ժամանած Մասիսի հիվանդանոցի բժիշկները տեղափոխել էին Էրեբունի բժշկական կենտրոն։ Մինչ դեպքի վայրի զննություն էր կատարում ՃՈ 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի հետաքննիչ Գ. Պողոսյանը, հիվանդանոցից ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ վիրավորներից մեկը, գիտակցության չգալով, մահացել է։
