Մամուլում տեղեկություն է հրապարակվել, որ Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստի փակ հատվածում քննարկվել ու հավանության է արժանացրել «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության կողմից կառավարությանը ներկայացրած օրենքի այն նախագիծը, որի համաձայն 16 տարին չլրացած անձանց շրջանում ոչ ավանդական սեռական քարոզ իրականացնելու դեպքում պատիժ կնախատեսվի:
 
Պատժի չափը, ըստ նախագծի, կկազմի նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից չորհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ազատազրկում՝ մեկից երկու տարի ժամկետով: Նույն արարքը պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իրականացնելու դեպքում պատժի չափը կսահմանվի առավելագույնը:
 
Փաստորեն, կառավարությունը սրանով ինչ-որ կերպ փորձում է սահմանափակել ոչ ավանդական սեռական քարոզով զբաղվողների գործողությունները և այսուհետ ամառային ճամբարների, մանկական հանդեսների և այլ նախաձեռնությունների ժամանակ երեխաների մոտ սեփական սեռի հանդեպ անկայունություն կամ անորոշություն սերմանող բոլոր գործողությունների հեղինակները կկանգնեն օրենքի առջև և իրենց կատարած գործողությունների իրավական գնահատականը կստանան օրենքով սահմանված կարգով:
 
Սա, անշուշտ ողջունելի քայլ է, բայց հարց է ծագում, թե ինչպե՞ս պետք է կարգավորվի փողոցով շրջող ու ակնհայտ անհարգալից պահվածք դրսևորող սեռական փոքրամասնության ներկայացուցիչների գործողությունները, քանի որ նրանք ամեն ինչ անում են, որպեսզի աչքի ընկնեն, հասարակությանը ներքաշեն իրենց թեմատիկ ինտրգների մեջ, դիվիդենտներ շանեն ու այլ երկրներից ապաստան հայցեն:
 
Այդ ամենը նույնպես քարոզի տեսակ է: Եվ հարց է ծագում, թե ինչ պետք է անել, որ այս ամենը չազդի երեխաների հոգեբանության վրա, առավել ևս, երբ տեղեկություններ կան, որ ոչ ավանդական սեռական կողմնորոշում ունեցող անձինք ամեն ինչ անում են, որպեսզի կրթական հաստատություններում աշխատելու հնարավորություն ձեռք բերեն:
 
Եթե օրենքն ընդունվի, գուցե հարկ լինի նաև ուսուցիչների շրջանում էլ ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնել, հասկանալու համար, թե անչափահասների հետ ամենօրյա շփումներ ունեցողներն ինչ հակումներ ունեն և արդյո՞ք դաշտը մաքուր է:
