Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը պարգևատրել է զինված անձանց վնասազերծած ոստիկանին ու ՊՊԳՎ ծառայողին (տեսանյութ)

Հունիսի 15-ին ոստիկանությունում աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն և պարգևատրման հանդիսավոր արարողություն էր։ ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանից «Համագործակցության ամրապնդման համար» մեդալը ստացողն այն քաղաքացին է, որն օգնել է Նոր Նորքում գտնվող բանկերից մեկի պահպանությունն իրականացրած և զինված հանցագործին վնասազերծած ոստիկանին։

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից:

Ոստիկանության պետը նրան շնորհակալություն է հայտնել խիզախության համար ու հույս հայտնել, որ օրինակը լավ իմաստով վարակիչ կլինի՝ հատուկ շեշտելով՝ արարքը հասարակություն-ոստիկանություն կապի ամրապնդման լավագույն դրվագներից է։ Պարգևատրվել է նաև զինված տղամարդուն վնասազերծած պետական պահպանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողը։ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի հրամանով նրան շնորհվել է «Ոստիկանությունում գերազանց ծառայության» կրծքանշան։

Հաջորդիվ պարգևատրվել են հանցագործությունների բացահայտման գործում ավանդ ներդրած ծառայողները։ Ծանր, առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործություններ բացահայտած, ինչպես և կյանքեր փրկած ոստիկաններն արժանացել են դրամական պարգևների։ Ծրարներում նշված են ծառայողի բացահայտած հանցագործության տեսակն ու պարգևավճարի չափը։ Գումարները կփոխանցվեն նրանց հաշվեհամարներին։ Նրանց թվում կային մի քանի հարյուր հազար դրամ պարգևի արժանացած ոստիկաններ։

«Մենք պատրաստ ենք առանց սահմանափակման լրացուցիչ պարգևավճարներ հանձնել ծանր, առանձնապես ծանր, ինչպես և հասարակական հնչողություն ստացած հանցագործությունները բացահայտած ծառայողներին»,- շնորհավորելով պարգևատրվածներին նշել է Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը։ 
Միջոցառման ավարտին Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն իր տեղակալների, կոլեգիայի անդամների, գլխավոր և մարզային վարչությունների պետերի հետ քննարկել է հանցագործությունների և իրավախախտումների կանխմանն ու բացահայտմանը, հասարակական կարգի պահպանությանն ու ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության բարձրացմանը վերաբերող հարցեր։

Ոստիկանության պետը գերազանց է գնահատել ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության և ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների վերջին օրերին մայրաքաղաքում իրականացրած ուժեղացված ծառայության արդյունքները։ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը մարզային վարչությունների պետերին խիստ հանձնարարել է՝ նմանօրինակ ուժեղացված ծառայություններ իրականացնել նաև մարզերում՝ հասարակական կարգի պահպանության, ճանապարհային երթևեկության անվտանգության, հանցագործությունների նախականխման ու բացահայտման մակարդակը բարձրացնելու նպատակով։ Այս համատեսքստում Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը մարզային վարչությունների պետերին տվել է կոնկրետ ցուցումներ ու հանձնարարականներ։
