Արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Տիգրան Խաչիկյանն այսօր չհայտարարված շրջայց է կատարել «Վարդաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ:

Փոխնախարարը  քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետ Վազգեն Առաքելյանի եւ ղեկավար անձնակազմի ուղեկցությամբ տեղում ծանոթացել է կալանավորված եւ դատապարտված անձանց պահման պայմաններին, բյուջետային հատկացման շրջանակում պարսպի եւ արտաքին կոյուղու կառուցման աշխատանքներին, դրանց կատարման որակին եւ ավարտման վերջնաժամկետներին:

Փոխնախարար Խաչիկյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ նմանատիպ շրջայցերը կրելու են պարբերական բնույթ՝ միտված լինելով տեղում առկա օրակարգային խնդիրներին ծանոթանալուն եւ ծառայության որակի բարելավմանը:

Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի պետի հետ քննրակվել են բաց ռեժիմային պայմանների պատշաճ ապահովման, սննդի մատակարարման պայմանների եւ վարչակազմի գործողությունների բողոքարկման վիճակագրությանը վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:

Հիմնարկի անձնակազմի հետ շփման ընթացքում աշխատակիցները բարձրաձայնել եմի շարք խնդիրների մասին, որոնք առնչվել են քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ տանող ճանաապահային պայմաններին, հասարակական տրանսպորտի հասանելիությանը, ջրամատակարարման կայուն ճնշման ապահովմանը, աղբահանությանը, քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում մարզական միջոցառումների կազմակերպման ֆինանսական հատկացմանը, գույքային համալրմանը եւ մի շարք այլ հարցերի:

Տիգրան Խաչիկյանը, ներկայացնելով քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում կարիքների գնահատման նոր չափանիշների ներդրման գործընթացը, հորդորել է հիմնարկի տնտեսատեխնիկական ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն խստագույնս համակարգված քննարկել իրավասու շրջանակի հետ՝ բացառելու համար երկրորդային նշանակության խնդիրներն առաջնայինի փոխարեն ներկայացնելու հնարավորությունը:

Այնուհետեւ, հիմնարկի պետ Վազգեն Առաքելյանի ուղեկցությամբ շրջայցի ընթացքում փոխնախարարն առանձնազրույց է ունեցել կիսաբաց գոտում պատիժը կրող դատապարտյալների հետ, եղել է կարանտինային գոտում, խոհանոցում, մարզասրահում, գրադարանում, բուժմասում, կարճատեւ եւ երկարատեւ տեսակցությունների սենյակներում՝ տեղում ծանոթանալով քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում առկա ռեսուրսներին եւ անհրաժեշտ կարիքներին:
