Բանակցությունները դեռևս շարունակվում են, որևէ նորություն չկա։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 4-ին, Կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում ասաց Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի (ՀԾԿՀ) նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը։ 

Դիտարկմանը, թե «Գազպրոմ»-ի նկատմամբ վերջին տուգանքն այդ բանակցությունների համատեքստում է, Բաղրամյանը պատասխանեց․ «Բացարձակ դրա հետ որևէ կապ չունի, պետք է բացել ընդամենը տուգանքի փաստաթղթերը, և կտեսնեք՝ դա ինչի համար է արվում։ Այդ տուգանքը 10 օր առաջ եղել է նախազգուշացում, որը նույնպես տուգանքի տեսակ է, որովհետև ընդհանրապես պետք չի զուգահեռներ անցկացնել»։

Հարցին, թե ռուսական լրատվամիջոցների ասածներին ինչպես է վերաբերում, Բաղրամյանը պատասխանեց․ «Սխալ են մեկնաբանում. այդ տուգանքները որևէ առնչություն չունեն բանակցությունների հետ, և որևէ մեսիջներ դրանով չեն կարող ուղղվել։ Տուգանքներն ունեն պարբերական բնույթ»։

Դիտարկմանը, թե բանակցությունները երկար ժամանակ շարունակվում են, հնարավո՞ր է, որ այն կապված է Պուտինի Հայաստան այցի հետ, և գուցե վերջնական լուծում հենց այդ ժամանակ կտրվի, Բաղրամյանը նշեց․ «Բանակցությունները մի քանի փուլով են ընթանում։ Ներքին շուկայում ձևավորվող սակագների վերաբերյալ բանակցությունները կարծում եմ  որևիցե կապ չունեն ՌԴ նախագահի այցի հետ, դրա հետ կարող է կապվել ավելի շատ սահմանի գազի գնի ձևավորման հարցը»։
