Կառավարությունը փոփոխություններ կատարեց իր նախկին որոշումներից մեկում, որոնք պայմանավորված են պետական բյուջեով իրականացվող ճանապարհաշինական ծրագրերի շրջանակում ևս 3 ճանապարհահատվածների նախագծանախահաշվային փաստաթղթերի առկայությամբ:

Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը նշեց, որ անհրաժեշտություն է առաջացել կատարել վերաբաշխում` 861 մլն 335.8 հազար դրամի չափով, որից 860 մլն  435.8 հազար դրամը շինարարական, հեղինակային և տեխնիկական հսկողության ծառայությունների համար, իսկ 900 հազար դրամը` նախագծային աշխատանքների պատվիրման համար:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կհիմնանորոգվի 22.7 կմ ավտոճանապարհ: Հաշվի առնելով ժամանակի սղությունը և շինարարական աշխատանքների սեզոնային բնույթը՝ առաջարկվում է 841 մլն 069.0 հազար դրամի շինարարական աշխատանքների համար գնման ձև սահմանել հրատապ բաց մրցույթը, 8 մլն 100 հազար դրամի տեխնիկական հսկողության ծառայությունների համար՝ հրատապ բաց մրցույթը, 4 մլն 158.8 հազար դրամ հեղինակային հսկողության ծառայությունների համար՝ մեկ անձից գնում կատարելու ընթացակարգը, 900 հազար դրամի նախագծային աշխատանքների համար գնման ձև սահմանել գնանշման հարցման ընթացակարգը, իսկ 7 մլն 081.0 հազար դրամի շինարարական աշխատանքների և 27.0 հազար դրամի տեխնիկական հսկողության ծառայության համար գնման ձև սահմանել մեկ անձից գնում կատարելու ընթացակարգը:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պատասխանատու գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների ուշադրությունը հրավիրեց այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ ճանապարհահատվածների հիմնանորոգման առումով ծրագրերի համընկնում պետք է չլինի, և, մասնավորապես, խոսքը վերաբերում է «Հյուսիս-հարավ» ծրագրին:

«Իմ մտավախությունը հետևյալն է՝ մենք համոզվա՞ծ ենք, որ «Հյուսիս-հարավ»-ի համատեքստում անարդյունավետ ծախս չենք անում: Եթե մենք հիմա նորոգենք այդ ճանապարհը, պետք է վստահ լինենք, որ մինչև շահագործման ժամկետը լիարժեք կօգտագործվի: Սա կարևոր է արձանագրել: Կարծում եմ՝ արժե բարձրաձայնել, թե այս որոշումն ինչին է վերաբերում՝ Երևան-Գյումրի-Վրաստանի սահման, Եղվարդի տրանսպորտային հանգույց, Գյումրի-Կապս-Ամասիա հատված, Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Լանջաղբյուր համայնքի 1.3 կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհ, Սևանի թերակղզի տանող ճանապարհ, Աղբյուրակ ավտոճանապարհի առանձին հատվածների հողային պաստառի և ջրահեռացման համակարգի վերականգնում և այլն»,- նշեց կառավարության ղեկավարը:
