ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպան Տողանյանը ներկայացրել է Լազարյան ճեմարանի վերանորոգված շենքը (տեսանյութ)

Ինչպես հայտնի է, 1815 թվականին հիմնադրված Լազարյան ճեմարանի շենքը Հայաստանի սեփականությունն է և այնտեղ է այժմ գտնվում ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանատունը:  Դարերի կյանք տեսած այս շինությունը գտնվում էր, մեղմ ասած, անմխիթար վիճակում, իսկ վերականգնման աշխատանքները սկսվել են միայն 2017 թ.-ին՝ ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանի նշանակումից հետո: Դեսպանի ավանդը պատմամշակութային արժեք հանդիսացող այս շինության վերականգնման գործում դժվար է թերագնահատել: Ռուսական Эхо Москвы-ին տված հարցազրույցում դեսպանն անձամբ է պատմել կատարված աշխատանքների և ճեմարանի հարուստ պատմության մասին:

«Ընդհանրապես այս փողոցը, դեսպանատան շենքը և Լազարյան համալսարանը կապված են Լազարյան տոհմի անվան հետ: Ռուս-իրանական պատերազմի ավարտից հետո բազմաթիվ մեր հայրենակիցներ եկան Ռուսաստան՝ բնակություն հաստատելով Աստրախանում, այնտեղից արդեն Լազարյանները տեղափոխվեցին Մոսկվա և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ: 17-րդ դարի վերջում այս թաղամասում նրանք փոքրիկ աղյուսե տուն են ձեռք բերում, և հենց այստեղ է սկսել հայկական այս նրբանցքի և այս տան շինարարությունը՝ Լազարյան տոհմի վերելքը: Նրանք հիմնեցին Արևելյան լեզուների համալսարանը, որի բակում մենք այժմ գտնվում ենք, այստեղ է նաև հայտնի ճեմարանը: Հոկտեմբերյան հեղափոխությունից հետո հենց այս վայրն է դարձել Խորհրդային Հայաստանի մշակութային կենտրոնը: Դրանից հետո շենքը փոխանցվել է Երևելյան գիտությունների ակադեմիային և մինչև 70-ական թվականները շինությունը կիսում էին մի կողմից հայկական մշակութային կենտրոնը և մյուս կողմից` վերոնշյալ ակադեմիան:

Հաղորդման ընթացքում դեսպան Տողանյանը խոսել է նաև Լազարյանների՝ Ռուսաստանի սահմաններից դուրս ունեցած ավանդի մասին. դրա վառ օրինակը Հռոմում Մելիք Լազարյանի առանձնատունն է, որն իր տարածքով գերազանցում է Վատիկանին և որի տարածքում այժմ տեղակայված է ՌԴ դեսպանատունը, քանի որ Լազարյանն առանձնատունը կտակել էր Գեղարվեստի Կայսերական ակադեմիային:
