Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին ուղղված իր գործառույթների իրականացման շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտել է ՀՀ ՊԵԿ աշխատակիցների կողմից  խոշոր չափի կաշառք պահանջելու եւ ստանալու դեպք: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտորնից։

Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության եւ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական վարչության աշխատակիցներն ադամանդի ներկրմամբ եւ վաճառքով զբաղվող ընկերության տնօրենի նկատմամբ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելիս վերջինիս չփաստարկված պահանջներ են ներկայացրել՝ իրացման շրջանառությունը հիմնականում հաշիվ-ապրանքագրերով  կազմակերպելու վերաբերյալ՝ սպառնալով հակառակ դեպքում բազմաթիվ ստուգողական բնույթի  միջոցառումներ իրականացնել՝ ըստ էության ստեղծելով գործունեության անտանելի պայմաններ:

Տնտեսվարողին անելանելի դրության մեջ դնելուց հետո՝ ՊԵԿ պաշտոնատար անձինք  ընկերության նկատմամբ բարեհաճ վերաբերմունք դրսեւորելու,  օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շրջանակներում թվացյալ խախտումներ չհայտնաբերելու եւ լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություններ չառաջադրելու  համար պահանջել են շուրջ 2.000.000 դրամ կաշառք, որը սակարկությունների արդյունքում նվազեցվել է մինչեւ 1.000.000 ՀՀ դրամի:

Պայմանավորված գումարի փոխանցումն իրականացվել է ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների օպերատիվ վերահսկողության ներքո, ինչից անմիջապես հետո պաշտոնատար անձինք բռնվել եւ բերման են ենթարկվել:

Առերեւույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ,  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով: ՀՀ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության եւ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական վարչության 2 գլխավոր օպերլիազորները ձերբակալված են:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:

ՀՀ-ում տնտեսական գործունեություն ծավալող  անձանց ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն կոչ է անում նմանատիպ իրավիճակներում հայտնվելու դեպքում տեղի չտալ անօրինական պահանջներին եւ անմիջապես  դիմել համապատասխան մարմիններին:
