aysor.am: Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը այսօր կառավարության նիստից հետո հայտարարեց, որ բջջային կապի ոլորտում սակագների էական նվազումներ կլինեն և Հայաստանում, և Արցախում։

2020-ի հունվարի 1-ից Արցախից ելքային զանգերը 38 դրամից կնվազեն մինչև 29 դրամ, որն էլ իր հերթին մինչև 2021 թվականի հունվար կնվազի՝ հասնելով 27 դրամի։ Մուտքային զանգերը 25 դրամից կնվազեն մինչև 15, այնուհետև՝ 13 դրամ։ Էական նվազեցումներ կլինեն ինտերնետի սակագների հարցում. գործող 45 դրամը հունվարի 1-ից կդառնա 22 դրամ։

«Մենք այս պահին բանակցել են Արցախում կապի ոլորտում մենաշնորհ ունեցող ընկերության հետ, Հայաստանում կապի օպերատորների հետ։ Արդյունքում բացի այն, որ նվազելու են ռոումինգ ծառայության գները, այլև փոխկապակցման գներն են հաստատուն գրաֆիկով նվազելու՝ յուրաքանչյուր տարի մեկ դրամով։ Վերջնական նպատակն է հասնել այն փոխկապակցման գնին, որոնք կան մեր օպերատորների միջև։ Կդառնա միասնական գին», - լրագրողների հարցերին ի պատասխան հայտարարեց ՀԿԾՀ նախագահը։

Ճշգրտող հարցին՝ ռոումինգը ընդհանրապես վերանալո՞ւ է, Բաղրամյանը պատասխանեց. «Հասնելու ենք նրան, որ լինի վերջնական միասնական գին»։

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ առաջիկայում բանակցությունները շարունակվելու են և հուշագրի ստորագրման ժամանակ հայտնի են լինելու այդ ամենին հասնելու ժամկետները։
Լրագրողների դիտարկումներին, թե Արցախի ու նաև Հայաստանի ժողովուրդը երկար տարիներ թալանվել է մենաշնորհ ունեցող ընկերության կողմից, Բաղրամյանը էթիկապես ճիշտ չհամարեց պատասխանել և միայն ասաց. «Հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում կատարվող փոփոխություններից ելնելով՝ «Ղարաբաղ Տելեկոմը» պատրաստ է բանակցել։ Ուղղակի այդ գներն այնքան բարձր են, որ իրենք էլ են ընդունում, որ դա արգելակում է հետագա զարգացումը։ Դրա համար համաձայնություններ են ձեռք բերվել, կշարունակվեն բանակցությունները, որպեսզի հասնենք միասնական գին ունենալուն»։
 
Նա նաև ասաց, որ մինչ այժմ պետությունը կարող էր բանակցել օպերատորների հետ, բայց նաև օպերատորը պետք է ցուցաբերեր սակագների նվազեցման կամք։
