Մարալիկի բամբակամանվածքային ֆաբրիկան այս պահին աշխատում է իր հնարավորության միայն տասը տոկոսով, բայց ունի մեծանալու ու արտադրության ծավալներն ավելացնելու բոլոր հնարավորությունները:  Գործարանն ունի նաև թափուր աշխատատեղեր: Այս մասին հուլիսի 10-ին ֆաբրիկայի բացման ժամանակ  լրագրողների հետ ունեցած  ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նշեց գործարանի համասեփականատեր  Գևորգ Գասպարյանը:

«Անպայման նոր  կարդերի  հարց պետք է լուծենք: Գործարանի հիմնական աշխատակիցները նախկինում՝ 30 տարի առաջ  նույն գործարանում աշխատող բանվորներն են,  նոր սերունդ կրթելու խնդիր կա: Ճիշտ է, խորհրդային տարիների աշխատակիցների թիվը հնարավոր չէ ունենալ. եղել է 1700 աշխատակից, որից   միայն 54 հաշվապահ է այդ ժամանակ ունեցել, բայց արտադրանքի ծավալը հասնում է Խորհրդային միությունում արտադրված ամբողջ մանվածքի ծավալներին: Հիմա տեխնոլոգիաներն են փոխվել և աշխատանքն ավելի է հեշտացվել՝ ավտոմատացման շնորհիվ »,-նշեց պատասխանատուն:

Մարալիկի բամբակամանվածքային գործարանի վերագործարկումը մի շարք  այլ ընկերությունների համար ևս  նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման հիմք  կդառնա:  «Բամբակամանվածքայինը տեքստիլ արտադրության հիմքն է, ու եթե գործարանը հիմա աշխատեցնում ենք, նշանակում է կլաստերների նման նրա շուրջ կհամախմբվեն այլ փոքր  տեքստիլ  ընկերություններ՝ լուծելով աշխատատեղերի հարցը: Այսօրվա դրությամբ մեր գնորդը «Տավուշ-ձեռնոց»-ն է, որը երկար տարիներ հումքը ներմուծել է արտերկրից:  Սրանով վերջապես կազատվենք արտերկրից կախվածությունից»,-նշեց Գևորգ Գասպարյանը:

Համասեփականատերը նաև նշեց, որ այս պահին շուկան տեղական է, բայց մանրաթելերից պատրաստված իրերը՝ այս պարագայում ձեռնոցը, արտահանվում է: Հումքը՝ բամբակը, ներկրվում է, բայց պատասխանատուն հույս հայտնեց, որ ի վերջո Հայաստանում ևս կսկսեն բամբակի արտադրություն:  Ֆաբրիկայում նախատեսվում է գործարկել նաև բժշկական բամբակյա իրերի արտադրություն։

Մինչ վերագործարկումը, շահագործված տարածքում կատարվել են շինարարական աշխատանքներ, ամբողջովին փոխվել է կառույցի տանիքը, լուծվել ջեռուցման խնդիրը: Մարալիկի բամբակամանվածքային ֆաբրիկայում «Արթիկի ՓՀԿ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից մինչ օրս իրականացվել է 4 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք ներդրում։ Նախատեսվում է առաջիկա 1 տարում ավարտին հասցնել նաև ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից արտոնություն ստացած 13 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ներդրումային ծրագիրը։ Առաջին փուլով նախատեսվում է ունենալ մինչև 120 աշխատակից, ներկայում ընկերությունն ունի 41 վերապատրաստված աշխատակից, առկա են թափուր աշխատատեղեր։ Առաջին փուլով ամսական թողարկվելու է 380 տոննա թել, որը կիրառվում է տեքստիլ արտադրության մեջ։ Սպառման հիմնական շուկաներն են Հայաստանը և Ռուսաստանը:
