Վեճերի մեջ ոչ մի վատ բան չկա։ Փոքրիկ վեճերի միջոցով մենք հաճախ փորձում ենք հասկանալ միմյանց և համաձայնության գալ։ Ցավոք վեճերը միշտ չէ, որ անհետ են անցնում կողմերից երկուսի համար էլ։

Ամուսնու հետ վեճերը մի քանի դեպքերում են լինում։ Հաճախ այն դեպքում, երբ զուգընկերները երկար ժամանակ ինչ որ բանից դժգոհություն հայտնած չեն լինում։ Հենց այդ կուտակված բացասական մտքերն են ագրեսիվ վարքի տեսքով երբեմն դուրս հորդում։

Հենց այդ պատճառով էլ շատ կարևոր է ամուսնու հետ անմիջապես քննարկել այն պահերը, որոնք ձեզ դուր չեն գալիս։

Եթե վեճերը շատ հաճախ են տեղի ունենում, ուրեմն զգույշ եղեք։ Կան որոշ նշաններ, որոնք վկայում են, որ հարաբերություններում լուրջ խնդիրներ կան։ Դրանք ամենից տեսանելին վեճերի ժամանակ են։

1. Ամուսինդ չի փորձում լուծել իրավիճակը, այլ միայն ոսքերով ավելի է ցավացնում քեզ։ Նա հիշում է քո ամենատհաճ արարքները և փորձում դրանցով ճնշել քեզ։

2. Ամուսինդ ստիպում է մտածել, որ հենց դու ես մեղավոր նրա բոլոր անհաջողությունների համար։ Քեզ վրա գցելով իր սխալների պատասխանատվությունը, նա փորձում է պաշտպանվել։

3. Հենց որ նրա կյանքում ինչ–որ անհաջողություններ են լինում, նա սկսում է խմել, ծխել կամ ավելի վատ բաներ անել։ Խնդիրներից նման փախուստը խոսում է տհաս վարքի մասին։

4. Նա փորձում է ապացուցել, որ դու ինչ որ բաներ ես արել կամ ասել, որոնք իրականում չես արել։ Փորձում է ապացուցել, որ դու խելագարվել ես և չես հիշում ակնհայտ բաները։ Եվ դու ժամանակի ընթացում սկսում ես նրան հավատալ։

5. Ամուսինդ իրեն այնպես է պահում, կարծես դու գոյություն չունես։ Դադարում է պատասխանել զանգերին կամ հաղորդագրություններին, չի ասում, թե ուր է գնում, երբ կգա, չնայած դուք միասին եք ապրում։

6. Նա հրաժարվում է ներողություն խնդրել։ Նա ավելի հաճույքով միլիոնավոր արդարացումներ կհորինի, քան կընդունի իր սխալը։

7. Խնդիրները լուծելու նրա միակ միջոցը բռնությունն է։ Նա կարող է հրել քեզ, անգամ խփել, բղավել։ Նրա կողքին դու քեզ ապահով չես զգում և վախենում ես վեճից հետո ինչ–որ բան ասել։

Հարաբերություններում միշտ էլ լինում են ճգնաժամային պահեր։ Կարևորն այն է, որ դուք միմյանց չվանեք, այլ բոլոր դժվարությունները միասին անցնեք։
