ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն այսօր ընդունել է Սաքսոնիա-Անհալթ երկրամասի Լանդթագի պատգամավորների պատվիրակությանը: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, պատվիրակության անդամներին ուղեկցում էր ՀՀ-ում Գերմանիայի դեսպանատան գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Քլաուս Վենդելբերգերը։ Վերջինս ներկայացրել է պատվիրակության կազմը՝ ընգդծելով, որ երկրամասը ակտիվ համագործակցում է Հայաստանի հետ մի շարք ոլորտներում, և կարիք կա ակտիվացնելու տնտեսական համագործակցությունը ևս։  Դիվանագետի խոսքով՝ հենց այդ պատճառով խիստ հատկանշական է, որ պատգամավորների այցը սկսել է Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի հետ հանդիպմամբ:

Նախարար Խաչատրյանն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ տնտեսական բաղադրիչը կառավարության բարեփոխումների օրակարգում առանցքային տեղ է զբաղեցնում:

Նախարարը ներկայացրել է ներկա սոցիալ-տնտեսական ցուցանիշները, նշել, որ դրանք հեռու են նախանշված նպատակներից։ Նա կարևորել է նաև արտահանելի տնտեսությանը միտված քայլերի անհրաժեշտությունը։

«Ունենք ցանկություն և հաստատակամություն՝ արագ փոխելու իրավիճակը։ Դա է պատճառը, որ կառավարությունն իր առաջիկա տնտեսական քաղաքականության առանցքում տեսնում է այնպիսի հնարավորությունների ստեղծումը, որ տնտեսությունը դառնա ավելի մրցունակ, արտադրողական, ներառական և ստեղծի ավելի բարձր արժեքներ։ Կառավարությունը հանձնառու է տնտեսական կյանքի վրա կոռուպցիայի ներգործության բացառմանը և հավասար պայմանների ապահովմանը»,- ավելացրել է նա։

Տիգրան Խաչատրյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի տնտեսությանը   Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության աջակցության արդյունքներին, մասնավորապես՝ Գերմանիայի միջազգային համագործակցության ընկերության կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերին և փորձագիտական աջակցությանը։ Նախարարը կարևորել է նաև KFW բանկի կողմից աջակցություն ստացած ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման  ծրագրերը, որոնք ֆինանսական օժանդակությունից զատ բերում են նաև կորպորատիվ կառավարման մշակույթ և առավել բարձր արդյունավետությամբ կառավարում։

Նախարարը պատասխանել է պատգամավորների հարցերին, որոնք առնչվում էին հիմնականում ներդրումային ներուժ ունեցող ոլորտների և ծրագրերի իրականացմանը գերմանական մասնակցությանը,  և հույս հայտնել, որ գերմանացի գործընկերների հետ համագործակցությունը կշարունակի լինել արդյունավետ և փոխշահավետ:
