Օրերս հրապարակվեց Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքական գործիչների ներկա պահին ունեցած վարկանիշը:

Արցախի առաջիկա նախագահական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ հուլիսին Արցախի ողջ տարածքում իրականացված սոցիոլոգիական հարցումների արդյունքների համաձայն Արայիկ Հարությունյանին հավանություն է տվել հարցվածների 13, 4 %-ը, Աշոտ Ղուլյանին՝ 10, 9 %-ը: Վիտալի Բալասանյանին հավանություն է տվել հարցվածների 10, 6 %-ը, Սամվել Բաբայանին նախընտրել է 7,9 %-ը, գործող նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանին՝ 6,8 %-ը, իսկ Մասիս Մայիլյանին՝ 4, 2 %-ը:

Հարցվածներին հնարավորություն է տրվել նաև գնահատել Արցախի ժամանակակից քաղաքական գործիչների գործունեությունը, սակայն արդյունքներից պարզ է դառնում, որ գործող իշխանությունների գործունեությունը ամենևին էլ չի բավարարում արցախցիներին:

Ստացված արդյունքներից կարելի է եզրակացնել նաև, որ թեև հուլիս ամսվա տվյալներով նախկին վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ու Աշոտ Ղուլյանը առաջին և երկրորդ տեղերում են հայտնվել, սակայն ուշագրավ է որ հարցման արդյունքների համաձայն Արցախի իշխանությունների կողմից վերջերս աշխատանքից ազատված Վ. Բալասանյանը ևս վատ դիրքերում չէ: Ստացված ձայների տեխաբաշխման արդյունքում Աշոտ Ղուլյանից չնչին տարբերությամբ է Բալասանյանը զբաղեցրել երրորդ հորիզոնականը, ինչը վատ ցուցանիշ չէ:

Ուշագրավ է նաև այն, որ թեև Ս. Բաբայանը համարվում է Արցախի նախագահի ֆավորիտ թեկնածու, սակայն գրանցված արդյունքները հիասթափեցնող են: Գրանցված արդյունքներից պարզ է դառնում, որ թեև Բաբայանին հաջողվում է առաջնորդի դիրքերից հանդես գալ, սակայն նրա դիրքերը բավական թույլ են: Հիշեցնենք, որ հարցումն անց է կացվել անցյալ ամիս, երբ դեռ Արցախի ընտրողները տեղեկացված չէին Արայիկ Հարությունյան-Սամվել Բաբայան ստվերային կապի ու բանակցությունների մասին: Ուստի չի բացառվում, որ օգոստոս ամսի տվյալները բոլորովին այլ լինեն, քանի որ քաղաքական առաջնորդների վարքագծի ցանկացած բացահայտում զգալի ազդեցություն կարող է ունենալ ընտրողների տրամադրությունների վրա:

Այնուամենայնիվ, արձանագրենք, որ ներկա պահին Արցախի Հանրապետության քաղաքական կյանքում առաջնային դիրքերում երկու իշխանական և մեկ ընդդիմադիր թեկնածու է, իսկ գործող նախագահի դիրքերը անհամեմատ թույլ են:
