Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության պետ Արման Սահակյանը գործադրի հաստատմանը ներկայացրեց պետական գույքն օտարելու մասին նախագիծը, ինչն առաջացրեց վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի զայրույթը:
Նշենք, որ նախագծով առաջարկվում էր թույլատրել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչությանը «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ֆինանսների նախարարության աշխատակազմ» պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկին ամրացված Երևան քաղաքի Կիևյան 2-րդ նրբանցք թիվ 18 հասցեում գտնվող 450.2 քառ. մետր մակերեսով շենք շինությունները՝ (այսուհետ՝ գույք) (բնակելի տուն 394.2 քառ. մետր, ավտոտնակ 28.3 քառ. մետր, կաթսայատուն 27.7 քառ. մետր) և դրանց օգտագործման ու սպասարկման համար անհրաժեշտ 0.04095 հա հողամասն օտարել դասական աճուրդով՝ որպես գույքի մեկ միավոր:
Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հետաքրքվեց, թե ինչու են օտարում այս գույքը: Պատասխանելով՝ Արման Սահակյանը նշեց, որ նախարարությանը պարտք են եղել, և սա պարտքի դիմաց ընդունած գույք է: «Օտարում ենք, որ վերականգնենք այդ գումարները բյուջեով»,- ասաց Սահակյանը:
«Ասում եմ՝ ո՞ւմ ենք օտարում: Այստեղ մարդիկ են ապրում, բնակելի շենք է, և այդ մարդկանց հանո՞ւմ ենք»,- հարցրեց վարչապետը:
Արման Սահակյանը բացատրեց, որ այդ մարդիկ պարտք են պետությանը, և այդ տարածքը հիմա պետք է օտարվի, որպեսզի այդ պարտքն էլ մարվի:
«Հասկացա դա, դու իմ հարցին պատասխանի: Այդ մարդիկ այնտեղ ապրո՞ւմ են: Բա հիմա ի՞նչ ենք անելու, նրանց գցելու ենք փողո՞ց»,- ասաց Աբրահամյանը:
Վերջինս՝ դիմելով Կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանին, հարցրեց, թե ինչպես է այս հարցը ընդգրկվել օրակարգ:
Դավիթ Հարությունյանն ի պատասխան ասաց. «Պետական գույք է»:
«Հասկացանք, որ պետական գույք է, պարտք են, բայց ինչ սոցիալական խնդիր եք լուծում», - ասաց Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը և հանձնարարեց կրկին քննարկել հարցը:
