Արցախի Արդարություն կուսակցությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Վերջերս Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը հայտարարությամբ դիմել էր Արցախի բոլոր քաղաքական կուսակցություններին, որ վերջին տարիներին իշխանությունների կողմից վարվող ոչ լիարժեք քաղաքականության հետևանքով Արցախում ընթացող քաղաքական գործընթացները մշուշ են սփռել երկրի բնականոն զարգացման վրա, խաթարել համերաշխ հասարակություն կառուցելու տեսլականը, որն իր հերթին առաջացնում է բազմաթիվ նորմարտահրավերներ:

Մտահոգություն էր հայտնել, որ սեպտեմբերին կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին քաղաքական ուժերի մասնակցությունը, որը ցանկացած արդյունքի դեպքում հեռու կլինի ժաղովրդի կամարտահայտությունից, էլ ավելի է խորացնելու հասարակության շրջանում առկա խմորումները: Հորդորել էր քաղաքական կուսակցություններին զերծ մնալ անձնական ամբիցիաներից, նեղ քաղաքական շահերից, գործել հանուն ամրակայուն պետականության, հանուն ժողովրդի բարեկեցության, հանուն անվտանգ Արցախի: Սակայն դեռևս ընտրարշավի առաջին օրը արդեն մենք ստանում ենք տարբեր իշխանական լծակների օգտագործման մասին ահազանգեր՝ մասնավորապես Մարտունի շրջանի Ջիվանի գյուղից: 

Ուստի, ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում պատկան մարմիններին և հատկապես ԿԸ հանձնաժողովին՝ ապհովել ընտրական գործընթացի օրինականությունը, իսկ քաղաքական կուսակցություններին՝ ձեռնպահ մնալ ընտրությունները կուսակցականացնելու և հանրությանը տարբեր ճամբարների բաժանելու մտադրությունից:

Արցախի «Արդարություն» կուսակցությունը հայտարարում է, որ աչալուրջ հետևելու է ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ողջ ընտրական գործընթացին և պայքարելու է անօրինական գործընթացների դեմ»:
