Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասին հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:

Ինչպես հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը, նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է օգոստոսի 15-ին, ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի, ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի և Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի կողմից ձեռնարկված հատուկ օպերացիայի արդյունքում՝ Երկաթուղայինների 1-ին հասցեում կանխված զինված «ռազբորկայի» փաստով:

Այդ օրը, իրավապահների հմուտ, ճիշտ և օպերատիվ գործողությունների արդյունքում ոչ միայն կանխվել է «ռազբորկան», այլև դեպքի վայրում կատարված զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և քննիչի որոշմամբ առգրավվել են «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակներ, որոնցից մեկը լիցքավորված 8, մեկը՝ 7 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներով: Հայտնաբերվել է նաև «Magnum» գրառմամբ գաղտնի փականով դանակ:

Նշված վայրից ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին են բերման ենթարկվել Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչներ, 21-ամյա Էդգար Ապիյանը, 19-ամյա Վազգեն Հայրապետյանը, 27-ամյա Սարգիս Աբգարյանը, 22-ամյա Արտյոմ Հասրաթյանը, 20-ամյա Ավետիք Բերբերյանը, 34-ամյա Արտակ Մարտիրոսյանը, 23-ամյա Վահագն Խանպապյանը, 43-ամյա Արեգ Սիմոնյանը, 33-ամյա Խաչատուր Բաղդոյանը, 29-ամյա Արթուր Խուդավերդյանը, 33-ամյա Գուրգեն Սմբատյանը, 31-ամյա Սևակ Կատվալյանը և Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Սամվել Թումասյանը:

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով` վերջինիս մոտից հայտնաբերվել է 1 հատ կաթոցիչ (պիպետկա)՝ լցված դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով: Հաջորդ օրը՝ օգոստոսի 16-ին, Ս. Թումասյանը քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել է, իսկ մնացած բերման ենթարկվածները բաց են թողնվել:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով ոստիկանները կանխել էին Երևանի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջանում՝ ժողովրդին հայտնի «վստրեչի» խաչմերուկի հարեւանությամբ գտնվող բենզալցակայանի մոտ տեղի ունեցող «ռազբորկան»: Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները տաք հետքերով վնասազերծել և ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին էին բերման ենթարկել 1 տասնյակից ավելի անձանց։

Միջադեպի վայրում հայտնաբերվել էր 2 հատ «Մակարով» տեսակի ատրճանակ՝ ամեն մեկը լիցքավորված 9 մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտներով: Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ:
