Արդարադատության նախարարն այցելել է «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ (լուսանկարներ)

Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանն այսօր այցելել է «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ և Քրեակատարողական ծառայության պետ Արթուր Գոյունյանի ուղեկցությամբ շրջայց կատարել կառույցի տարածքում, հետևել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում ընթացող վերանորոգման աշխատանքներին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Կառավարությունն ամիսներ առաջ վերջին տասը տարիների ընթացքում առաջին անգամ ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից քրեակատարողական համակարգի պահպանման համար կապիտալ վերանորոգման նպատակով 270 միլիոն դրամ հատկացրեց «Նուբարաշեն», «Վարդաշեն» և «Սևան»  ՔԿՀ-ներում պահվող դատապարտյալների և կալանավորված անձանց բնակության կոմունալ-կենցաղային պայմանների բարելավման համար:

Արդարադատության նախարարը ծանոթացել է նաև դատապարտված և կալանավորված անձանց պահման պայմաններին, դատապարտյալների առողջության առաջնային պահպանման համար ՔԿՀ-ում առկա հնարավորություններին, սննդի պատրաստման պայմաններին, զրուցել դատապարտյալների հետ:

Ցմահ դատապարտյաները նախարար Բադասյանի հետ զրույցում բարձրացրել են վաղաժամկետ ազատման ինստիտուտը կատարելագործելու և  ռեժիմների փոփոխության հարցերը, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ Ռուստամ Բադասյանը նշել է, որ Նախարարությունը աշխատանքներ է իրականացնում ցմահ դատապարտյալներին օրենսդրորեն ընձեռված հնարավորությունները գործնականում իրացնելու ուղղությամբ:

Շրջայցին ներկա են եղել նաև ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սրբուհի Գալյանը և ԱՆ ՔԿԾ պետի տեղակալ Վահե Պապոյանը:
