ՀՀ  քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում կատարված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է 1973 թվականին ծնված Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանի սպանության դեպքը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ  2019 թվականի հուլիսի 2-ին՝ ժամը 23:10-ին, «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ  բժշկական կենտրոն»-ից Ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ է բերվել 1973 թվականին ծնված Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանի դիակը:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի  104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի  հատկանիշներով:

Քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնի քննիչների և  ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկած անհետաձգելի քննչական, դատավարական,  օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել  է, որ Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանին կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի հրազենային վնասվածք պատճառել է ՌԴ Գրոզնի շրջանի 32-ամյա մի բնակիչ:

 

Վերջինս 2019թ. հունիսի 25-ին ՌԴ-ից ժամանել է Հայաստան և 2019թ. հուլիսի 3-ին` ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Նոր Նորքի 5-րդ զանգվածի շենքերից մեկի բակում ապօրինի ձեռք բերված հրազենի՝ ատրճանակի գործադրմամբ, կրակոցներ արձակելով՝ սպանել է Անդրանիկ Հարությունյանին:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Հարությունյանի սպանությունը կազմակերպելու հարցում նրան օժանդակել է Երևան քաղաքի 50-ամյա տղամարդ, ով ձերբակալվել է`  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով նախատեսված արարք կատարելու կասկածանքով:

ՌԴ Գրոզնի շրջանի 32-ամյա բնակիչը քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
