«Բնության պահպանության ազնիվ առաքելությունը չվերածենք անկառավարելի գործընթացի»

«Հայաստանում հանքարդյունաբերության եւ հատկապես Լիդիան Արմենիա ընկերության կողմից Ամուլսարի ոսկու հանքի շահագործման հետ կապված խնդիրների շահարկումը հանրային որոշ ուժերի կողմից արդեն վերածվում է ուղղակի սպառնալիքի՝ վտանգի ենթարկելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տնտեսական եւ քաղաքական արդյունավետ զարգացումը, մեր հանրային համերաշխությունը:

Առանց մասնագիտական գիտելիքների եւ տեսական ու գործնական հիմնավորումների՝ հուզազգայական կարգախոսներով փորձ է կատարվում բնության պահպանության ազնիվ առաքելությունը վերածելու անկառավարելի գործընթացի: «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցությունը հույժ մտահոգված է ստեղծված իրավիճակով եւ արձանագրում է, որ պետությունը հապաղում է բավարար եւ համակարգված քայլեր գործադրել հանքարդյունաբերության եւ բնապահպանության խնդիրները հանգուցալուծման մասնագիտական մակարդակ տեղափոխելու համար: Տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ իշխող ուժի կառավարման համակարգի ճգնաժամը գնալով խորանում է, որի մասին քանիցս ահազանգել ենք:

Ցավոք, խորհրդարանը, որը պետք է դառնար նման հիմնահարցերի հանգուցալուծման եւ կոնսենսուսի ձեւավորման քաղաքական ատյան, չի կարողանում իրականացնել այդ դերակատարությունը, որի պատճառով կրքերը գերակայում են գաղափարներին ու տեղափոխվում փողոց եւ հրապարակներ: «Ժառանգություն» իշխանությանը եւ Հայաստանի ողջ քաղաքական ու քաղաքացիական հանրությանը հիշեցնում է մեր ոչ հեռու անցյալի այն չարագուշակ դեպքերը, երբ մակերեսային, հուզազգայական պատկերացումներին տուրք տալով՝ մենք կանգնեցրինք ատոմակայանը, որի վերագործարկումը վիթխարի ժամանակ եւ միջոցներ խլեց՝ փրկելով Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը լիակատար անկումից, կործանեցինք «Նաիրիտը» եւ մեր ողջ հզոր քիմիական արդյունաբերությունը, որն այդպես էլ չենք կարողանում ոտքի կանգնեցնել:

Հայաստանի արդյունաբերական ներուժի զարգացումը բոլոր ոլորտներում մեր ազգային անվտանգության հիմնարար բաղադրիչներից է, ինչպես նաեւ բնության ու ազգի առողջության պահպանության հրամայականը, ուստի «Ժառանգությունը» պատրաստակամություն է հայտնում հանրային բոլոր ուժերի հետ՝ եւ մասնագիտական, եւ քաղաքական, նախաձեռնել հանրային քննարկում, իսկ խորհրդարանական տիրույթից համապատասխան նախաձեռնության դեպքում մասնակիցը լինել խորհրդարանական լսումներին, որի ընթացքում պետական կարեւորագույն հարցերը զգայական դիմակայությունից կբերվեն լուրջ վերլուծությունների հարթակ տեղական եւ միջազգային փորձի համադրմամբ՝ առանց վնասելու մեր համերաշխությանը ժողովրդավարական զարգացումների ուղիով ընթանալու եւ արդյունաբերական հզոր Հայաստան ունենալու մեծ նպատակին:

«Ժառանգություն»-ը համոզված է, որ միայն հավասարակշռված պետական քաղաքականությամբ, մասնագիտական ներուժի համախմբմամբ փոխըմբռնման մթնոլորտում մենք կփրկենք Հայաստանի եւ՛ բնությունը, եւ՛ արդյունաբերությունը հին կործանարար սխալներից ու նոր թյուրըմբռնումներից»:
