ԱՄՆ-ը մեծ կորուստներ կունենա ԵՄ-ի հետ լայնամասշտաբ առեւտրային պատերազմից, քան Չինաստանի հետ ներկայիս կոնֆլիկտից՝ կարծում են փորձագետները:

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը շարունակում է Եվրամիության դեմ իր կոշտ հռետորաբանությունը: Նրա վարչակազմը պետք է նոյեմբերին որոշում կայացնի Եվրոպայի ավտոմոբիլային ոլորտի դեմ մաքսատուրքերի սահմանելու մասին:

Մաքսատուրքեր էին սահմանվել եվրոպական պողպատի եւ ալյումինի դեմ, ինչը հանգեցրել էր նրան, որ Եվրամիությունը 2018թ. հունիսին 2,8 մլրդ դոլարի արժողությամբ ամերիկյան ապրանքների վրա 25%-ի չափով մաքսատուրքեր էր սահմանել, շարունակվում է նաեւ Airbus-ի եւ Boeing-ի հետ կապված վեճը, սակայն փորձագետները կարծում են, որ Եվրոպայի հետ առավել լայն տարաձայնություններն առավել կործանիչ կլինեն, քան Չինաստանի հետ ներկայիս կոնֆլիկտը: G7-ի երկրներն այս շաբաթվա վերջին Ֆրանսիայում մտադիր են քննարկել համաշխարհային առեւտրային խնդիրները:

«ԵՄ-ԱՄՆ առեւտուրը մեծ նշանակություն ունի: Այսօր դա աշխարհում ամենախոշոր առեւտրային հոսքն է: Հաշվի առնելով ԱՄՆ-ի եւ ԵՄ-ի միջեւ երկկողմ առեւտուրը՝ 2018թ. ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Չինաստանի միջեւ ապրանքաշրջանառությունն աճել է ավելի քան 70%-ով»,- CNBC-ին ասել է տնտեսագետ Ֆլորիան Հենսեն:

Նման տվյալները ցույց են տալիս, որ 2018թ. ԱՄՆ-ն ԵՄ-ից 683,9 մլրդ դոլար արժողությամբ ապրանք է ներմուծել, իսկ Չինաստանից՝ 557,9 մլրդ դոլար: Սակայն, եթե դիտարկենք ԱՄՆ արտահանումը, ապա այն դեպի Եվրոպա հասել է 574,5 մլր դոլարի եւ միայն 179,2 մլրդ դոլարի՝ դեպի Չինաստան:

«2018թ. ԱՄՆ-ն ԵՄ է արտահանել 3 անգամ ավելի շատ, քան Չինաստան»,- ասել է Հենսը՝ հավելելով, որ տարածաշրջանը կարող է ուժեղ հարված հասցնել Վաշինգտոնին:

Իր հերթին, առեւտրային հարցերով Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավար Սեսիլիա Մալմստրեմը հայտարարել է, որ իրենք, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, մաքսատուրքեր չեն սահմանի, սակայն նման քայլի կդիմեն, եթե ԱՄՆ-ն առաջինը հարված հասցնի:

ECIPE վերլուծական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Ֆրեդրիկ Էրիկսոնի խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ն եւ Եվրոպան այս փուլում չեն կարող իրենց առեւտրային պատերազմ թույլ տալ:

«Մինչդեռ ԱՄՆ-Չինաստան առեւտրային պատերազմը սկսում է ազդեցություն ունենալ ընդհանուր առմամբ տնտեսության վրա, այդ հետեւանքներից մի քանիսը հավասարակշռված են բարենպաստ տնտեսական կլիմայով: Եթե ԱՄՆ-ի եւ ԵՄ-ի միջեւ աշնանը սակագների լուրջ բարձրացում տեղի ունենա, ապա ազդեցությունը, հավանաբար, բավականին մեծ կլինի»,- ասել է նա:

Ջոն Հոփկինսի համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր Էրիկ Ջոնսն էլ կարծում է, որ անդրազգային ընկերությունների բիզնես մոդելները գտնվում են վտանգի տակ: «Քանի որ այդ ընկերությունների մեծ մասն ամերիկյան է, ապա դա ավելի շատ կդանդաղեցնի ԱՄՆ տնտեսության զարգացումը: ԱՄՆ-Եվրոպա առեւտրային պատերազմն ավելի բարդ կլինի, քանի ԱՄՆ-Չինաստան պատերազմը, քանի որ այն կթուլացնի ԱՄՆ անդրազգային կորպորացիաներն ու խթան կհանդիսանա, որպեսզի ամերիկյան ընկերությունները հրաժարվեն արտասահմանյան ակտիվներից: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ դա կփլուզի այն բոլոր առավելությունները, որոնք ստեղծել են ԱՄՆ վարչակազմերը Երկորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ավարտից հետո»,- ասել է նա:
