Արդեն երկու օր է՝ ինչ հայկական դեղձով բեռնված «Սպայկա» ընկերության բեռնատարները կանգնած  են Վերին  Լարսի անցակետում,  և վտանգված է դեղձի մթերումը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ընկերության մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Հաղորդագրության մեջ ասված է.

«Արդեն երկու օր է՝ ինչ հայկական դեղձով բեռնված «Սպայկա» ընկերության բեռնատարները կանգնած  են Վերին  Լարսի անցակետում: Բեռնատարներին  նշանակել են  մաքսային զննում, սակայն Վերին Լարսի մաքսակետի այն տարածքը, որտեղ բեռնատարները պետք է ենթարկվեն մաքսային զննման, ապահոված չէ շուտ փչացող ապրանքների պահպանման համար անհրաժեշտ պայմաններով և առաջին հերթին՝ շուտ փչացող ապրանքների (մրգերի, բանջարեղենների, պարենային ապրանքների) պահպանման համար սահմանված ջերմաստիճանային ռեժիմով:

Նման պայմաններում մաքսային զննման դեպքում բեռնափոխադրվող գյուղմթերքը կորցնում է իր որակական հատկանիշները մինչև սպառողին հասնելը՝  մեծ վնասներ հասցնելով արտահանողներին:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակում հայկական դեղձի արտահանումը չվտանգելու համար «Սպայկա» ընկերությունը պայմանագիր է կնքել շուտ փչացող ապրանքների համար անհրաժեշտ ջերմաստիճանային ռեժիմ ապահովելու հնարավորություն ունեցող պահեստի հետ, որը գտնվում է Վլադիկավկազ քաղաքում,  և դիմել է ՌԴ հյուսիսային Օսիայի մաքսային մարմնին, որպեսզի թույլ տա զննումը կատարել այնտեղ:

Չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության Մաքսային օրենսգիքրը պահանջում է շուտ փչացող ապրանքների բոլոր մաքսային գործընթացները, այդ թվում՝ մաքսային զննումը, իրականացնել առաջնահերթության կարգով, սակայն մինչև հիմա մաքսային մարմինները որևէ որոշում չեն ընդունել, ինչի պատճառով Ընկերության մեքենաները բեռնված մոտ 200տոննա դեղձով դեռ շարունակում են անորոշ վիճակով կանգնած մնալ Վերին Լարսի անցակետում:

Օգոստոսի 24-ը և 25-ը ոչ աշխատանքային օրեր են, և կա ռիսկ, որ այդ օրերին ևս որևէ գործընթաց տեղի չի ունենա:

Ընկերությունը մտահոգություն ունի, Վերին Լարսի անցակետում  նման կերպ ձգձգելով գյուղմթերքի զննումը և դրա ժամանակ  անհրաժեշտ ջերմային ռեժիմի չապահովվումը հանգեցնելու է գյուղմթերքի որակական կորստի, որը կանդրադառնա ՀՀ-ից գյուղմթերքի արտահանման ծավալների վրա»:
