ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպրշիկը խոստանում է անել հնարավոր ամեն բան' ադրբեջանական կողմից խոցված արցախյան ուղղաթիռին առավելագույնս շուտ մոտենալու համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես», այս մասին Կասպրշիկն ասել է «Արցախ TV»-ի հետ զրույցում:
Նա դրական է գնահատել շփման գծում նոյեմբերի 18-ին անցկացված մշտադիտարկումը' ընդգծելով, որ անսպասելի բարդություններ և կրակոցներ չեն եղել: Անդրադառնալով այն հարցին, թե ինչու ԵԱՀԿ առաքելությունը դիտարկում չի իրականացրել խոցված ուղղաթիռի անկման վայրում, ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչը բացատրել է. «Ինչպես ցանկացած դիտարկման դեպքում, այս դիտարկման համար էլ նախապես հայտ է ներկայացվել զինվորականներին: Նրանք են նախապատրաստում դիտարկումը, ինչի համար մի քանի օր է պահանջվում: Այս դիտարկման հայտը մինչև ուղղաթիռի անկումն ենք ներկայացրել: Այդ դեպքից հետո, բնականաբար, ես ցանկանցել եմ դիտարկման կետը փոխել, բայց ադրբեջանական կողմում իմ աշխատակցի պատասխանն այն էր, որ այդ տարածքում իրավիճակը լարված է և հնարավոր չէ անվտանգության երաշխիքներ տալ, որը մեր աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ է»: Կասպրշիկը հավելել է նաև, որ ուղղաթիռի վերաբերյալ շարունակում է բանակցությունները:
«Ես հասկանում եմ այդ մտահոգությունը, սա միանգամայն հասկանալի է: Անում եմ ինչը հնարավոր է և ինչպես հնարավոր է, որպեսզի հնարավորինս շուտ կարողանանք մոտենալ ուղղաթիռին»,- ասել է նա' հավելելով, որ հարցն այս շաբաթ քննարկելու է Բաքվում:
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության իշխանությունների հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն' ԵԱՀԿ առաքելությունը նոյեմբերի 18-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի շփման գծի պլանային դիտարկում է անցկացրել Ասկերանի ուղղությամբ: ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակի դիրքերից դիտարկումն իրականացրել են ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպրշիկը և նրա դաշտային օգնականներ Եվգենի Շարովը (Ուկրաինա) և Խրիստո Խրիստովը (Բուլղարիա), ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ բարձր մակարդակի պլանավորման խմբի (ԲՄՊԽ) ներկայացուցիչ մայոր Վիտալի Բելոկոնը: Դիտարկումն անցել է ըստ նախատեսված ժամանակացույցի, կրակի դադարեցման ռեժիմի խախտումներ չեն արձանագրվել: Դիտարկման առաքելությանը ղարաբաղյան կողմից ուղեկցել են ԼՂՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության և պաշտպանության նախարարության ներկայացուցիչները:
