ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանն այսօր աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել ՀՀ մարզպետների մասնակցությամբ, որին ներկա են գտնվել նաև ոլորտային փոխնախարարներ։ 

Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, օրակարգային հարցերի շրջանակներում նախարար Պապիկյանին է զեկուցվել գործող ներմարզային երթուղիների, չսպասարկվող համայնքներից դեպի մարզկենտրոն և մարզի քաղաքներից դեպի Երևան ուղղություններով փաստացի ուղևորահոսքերի առկա ծավալներն ու ոլորտի առողջացման ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումները։ Միասնական երթուղային ցանցի մշակման աշխատանքներին զուգահեռ նախարարը մարզպետներին հանձնարարել է նախնական վիճակագրություն դուրս բերել կանոնավոր երթուղային ցանցի խնդիր ունեցող համայնքներում ուղևորահոսքի և դրա հաճախականության վերաբերյալ՝ ընդգծելով կարճ ժամանակահատվածում ոլորտում փոփոխություններ արձանագրելու անհրաժեշտությունը։

Հաջորդիվ անդրադարձ է կատարվել սեպտեմբերի 21-ին՝  Անկախության տոնի կապակցությամբ,  Գյումրի քաղաքում անցկացվելիք տոնական միջոցառումներին, ինչի առնչությամբ նախարարը կարևոր է համարել Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերի ներկայացվածության  ապահովումն իրենց կոլորիտով, պատմամշակութային բովանդակությամբ և արվեստի գործերով։

Նախարարին է ներկայացվել նաև համայնքների բյուջեների սեփական եկամուտների հավաքագրման գծով կատարողականը, որը կազմել է 25,5 մլրդ  դրամ, ինչը նախորդ տարվա հունվար-հուլիս ժամանակահատվածի նկատմամբ ավելի  է 3,3 մլրդ  դրամով կամ 14,8 տոկոսով։

Նշվել է նաև, որ ՀՀ համայնքների տնտեսական և սոցիալական ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացմանն ուղղված սուբվենցիայի հայտերի գնահատման միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի կողմից այս տարի ստացված 560 սուբվենցիոն հայտերից հավանության է արժանացել 483 ծրագիր՝ ընդհանուր 23,76 մլրդ դրամ գումարային արտահայտությամբ։ ՀՀ պետբյուջեից նշված ծրագրերի համաֆինանսավորման չափը կազմում է 12,95 մլրդ դրամ, համայնքների համաֆինանսավորման չափը՝ 10,27 մլրդ դրամ, այլ ներդրումներ՝ մոտ 400 մլն դրամ։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև մարզերում առաջնահերթ լուծում պահանջող խնդիրներին, համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող գույքի կառավարման արդյունավետության բարձրացման թափանցիկության ապահովման հարցերին։
