Կանանց տրամադրության տատանումներն ու հիստերիայի հաճախակի պոռթկումները բացատրվում են կրիտիկական օրերով: Իսկ ինչպե՞ս հասկանալ տղամարդու վատ տրամադրության, գոռգոռոցների ու նյարդայն վիճակի պատճառը: Գուցե կզարմանաք, բայց հակառակ սեռը ևս ունի կրիտիկական օրեր, որ մասնագետներն անվանում են mAnstruation:

«Վաուեր» դեղագործական կոնցերնի սեփական հետազոտությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ տղամարդկանց կրիտիկական օրերը կապված են հորմոնալ տատանումների հետ, որոնք ազդում են տրամադրության և օրգանիզմի վիճակի վրա: Ըստ այս տեսակետի, տղամարդկանց ցիկլը տևում է 23-33 օր, որի ընթացքում նրանք դառնում են նյարդային, կարող են նեղանալ կամ անիմաստ վիրավորել, ճիշտ այնպես, ինչպես կանայք իրենց ցիկլի ժամանակ:

Մասնագետները պնդում են նաև, որ տղամարդու օրգանիզմի վրա լուրջ ազդեցություն ունի լուսինը: Տղամարդկանց մոտ սեռական ակտիվության ու ցանկության պիկ է նկատվում լուսնի երկու փուլերի՝ լիալուսնի և նորալուսնի ընթացքում: Հիշեք և բաց չթողնեք պահը:
