Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության 28-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ: Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է. 

 «Սիրե՛լի հայրենակիցներ, այսօր Արցախի անկախության հռչակման 28-րդ տարեդարձն է: Այս երեք տասնամյակը համայն հայության մաքառումի, տոկունության, հերոսության ու հաղթանակի պատմություն է, որ կերտեց մեր ժողովուրդը:

Արցախի մեր պատմական հողում ազատության տենչը գալիս է դարերի խորքից: Հայոց երկրի այդ հատվածում հնուց ի վեր դրվել են հայկական պետականության ամուր հիմքերը, կազմավորվել է հզոր և մարտունակ բանակ, ստեղծվել են գիտակրթական կենտրոններ և մշակութային արժեքներ, ձևավորվել խաղաղ գոյակցության ու բարիդրացիության ավանդույթներ և, ամենակարևորը, հայրենի հողն ու ընտանիքը ամեն գնով պաշտպանելու հզոր կամք ու անպարտ ոգի:

Բայց պատմությունը միայն անցյալը չէ, պատմությունը նաև այսօրն է, պատմությունը ստեղծվում է նաև վաղվա համար:

 

1988-ին բոլորս միասին երազում էինք ազատ Արցախի մասին, հետո, երբ վտանգված էր ազատությունը, և հայ ժողովուրդը դուրս էր եկել հերթական գոյամարտի, բոլորս աղոթում էինք Արցախի փրկության համար, այսօր, երբ անկախությունն իրականություն է, մենք բոլորս պահանջում ենք խաղաղ ու անվտանգ Արցախ:Ազատությունն ու խաղաղությունը չեն նվիրվել արցախցուն, այլ՝ ձեռք են բերվել հազարավոր հայորդիների կյանքի գնով, արյունով ու հայրենիքի նկատմամբ անսահման սիրով ու նվիրումով է ամրագրվել 28 տարի առաջ ընդունված Արցախի Անկախության հռչակագիրը:

Այսօր էլ դեռ շատ են անելիքները մեր բարդ և հարափոփոխ ժամանակներում: Արցախի ազատագրման և անկախության համար զոհվածները, Արցախում ապրող ու իրենց ամենօրյա կյանքով հերոսության օրինակ ծառայող մարդիկ, մեր ապագա սերունդներն արժանի են, որ Արցախի ապագան շարունակվի կերտվել որպես հաղթանակների, խաղաղության ու բարիդրացիության պատմություն:

 

Այսօր, ավելի քան երբևէ, մենք հաստատակամ և ամուր ենք հայոց միասնականության խորհրդանիշ ինքնիշխան Արցախի Հանրապետությունը ու նրա հերոս զավակներին պաշտպանելու հարցում: Այդ գիտակցությամբ եմ իմ անկեղծ բարեմաղթանքները հղում Արցախին դեպի հաջողություն ու հաղթանակ տանող բոլոր ձեռնարկներում:

Արցախի Հանրապետության օրվա առթիվ շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս Արցախում, Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում:

Միասի՛ն պաշտպանենք ու պահպանենք մեր հաղթանակներն ու ձեռքբերումները: Եվ թող Աստվա՛ծ պահապան լինի Արցախին, Հայաստանին ու մեր ժողովրդին»:
