Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը պարզաբանումներ է ներկայացրել ավտոմեքենաների մաքսատուրքերի վերաբերյալ

Հաշվի առնելով վերջին շրջանում երրորդ երկրներից դեպի Հայաստան ավտոմեքենաների ներկրման ընթացակարգերի եւ մաքսատուրքերի վերաբերյալ մի շարք մեկնաբանությունները եւ տարընթերցումները՝ ներկայացնում ենք որոշ պարզաբանումներ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության մամուլի խոսնակ Աննա Օհանյանը։

«1. Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության` Առեւտրի համաշխարհային կազմակերպությանը ստանձնած պարտավորությունների կատարման նպատակով` 2019 թվականի մայիսի 28-ի Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Խորհրդի որոշման փոփոխվել են (նվազել են) որոշ ապրանքների, այդ թվում` նաեւ մի շարք մարդատար մեքենաների մաքսատուրքի դրույքաչափերը։ Վերջերս տարբեր հրապարակումներում հնչեցված որոշ մեքենաների վերաբերյալ համապատասխան տեղեկատվությունը՝ կից նկարում

3. Միեւնույն ժամանակ, 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ի Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի Խորհրդի որոշման համաձայն ֆիզիկական անձանց համար` անձնական օգտագործման նպատակով դասվող մարդատար մեքենաների (ԵԱՏՄ ԱՏԳ ԱԱ 8703 ծածկագրին դասվող) ԵԱՏՄ մաքսային տարածք ներմուծման ժամանակ Հայաստանի համար 2020 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մաքսատուրքերը եւ հարկերը կգանձվեն հավաքական մաքսային վճարի տեսքով:

4. Հարկ է նշել, որ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակներում որոշումներն ընդունվում են բոլոր անդամ-երկրների համաձայնության պարագայում եւ ընդունվելու դեպքում հրապարակվում են Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի պաշտոնական կայք-էջում

5. Հիշեցնում ենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ անդամակցության շրջանակներում իրականացված բանակցային գործընթացի շրջանակներում Հայաստանը ստացել է իրավունք 5 տարի ժամկետով պահպանել մարդատար ավտոմեքենայի /8703 ԵԱՏՄ ԱՏԳ ԱԱ ծածկագրին դասվող/ համար գործող մաքսատուրքի դրույքաչափը` 10%, ինչն էականորեն ցածր է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միասնական սակագներից»,–նշել է նա:
