ԵՄ Խորհուրդը հաստատել է ապագա եվրահանձնակատարների ցուցակը

ԵՄ Խորհուրդը հաստատել է թեկնածուների ցուցակը, որոնց Եվրամիության անդամ պետություններն առաջադրել են որպես եվրահանձնակատարներ մինչեւ 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ը ժամկետով։ Թեկնածուների հետ անհատական զրույցներից մեկ օր առաջ այդ ցուցակը հավանության է արժանացրել Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լյայենը, որը 2019-ի հուլիսին ընտրվել է Եվրահանձնաժողովի նոր ղեկավարի պաշտոնում, տեղեկացնում է DW-ն։

Մեծ Բրիտանիան  հրաժարվել է առաջադրել եվրահանձնակատարի իր թեկնածուներին ԵՄ կազմից Միացյալ Թագավորության՝ հոկտեմբերի 31-ին նախատեսված ելքի պատճառով։

Երկրորդ գործադիր փոխնախագահը դանիացի լիբերալների ներկայացուցիչ Մարգրեթե Վեսթագերն է, որը ղեկավարելու է թվային տեխնոլոգիաների եւ մրցակցության հարցերը։

Լատվիացի քրիստոնեա-դեմոկրատ Վալդիս Դոմբրովսկիսը կդառնա երրորդ գործադիր փոխնախագահը։ Նրա իրավասության ոլորտներն են լինելու տնտեսական եւ սոցիալական հարցերը։

Ինչպես ասել է ֆոն դեր Լյայենը, Իտալիայի նախկին վարչապետ Պաոլո Ջենթիլոնին կստանա տնտեսության հարցերով եվրահանձնակատարի պորտֆելը։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, առեւտրի հարցերով եվրահանձնակատարի պաշտոնը կզբաղեցնի իռլանդացի Ֆիլ Հոգանը։ Չեխ քաղաքական գործիչ Վերա Յուրովան կստանա Եվրոպայում հիմնարար արժեքների եւ թափանցիկության հարցերի եվրահանձնակատարի պորտֆելը։

Հարեւանության քաղաքականության եւ ԵՄ ընդլայնման մասին բանակցությունների հարցերով եվրահանձնակատարի պաշտոնը ֆոն դեր Լյայենը որոշել է տալ հունգարացի Լասլո Տրոչանին։

Բացի այդ, ֆոն դեր Լյայենը որոշել է ստեղծել նոր պաշտոն՝ միջազգային համագործակցության եվրահանձնակատար։ Այն կզբաղեցնի Յութա Ուրպիլայնենը Ֆինլանդիայից։ ԵՀ ապագա նախագահի խոսքով՝ այդ պաշտոնը կդառնա առանցքային ԵՄ-ին հարեւան երկրների համար։

Էներգետիկ պորտֆելը կստանա էստոնուհի Կադրի Սիմսոնը։

Իսպանացի Ժոզեպ Բոռելը դարձել է ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության եւ անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով գերագույն ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնի թեկնածուն։

Այժմ Եվրահանձնաժողովի լրիվ կազմը, ներառյալ նրա նախագահի եւ փոխնախագահի՝ ԵՄ արտաքին հարաբերությունների եւ անվտանգության քաղաքականության բարձր ներկայացուցչի թեկնածությունները պետք է հավանության արժանացնի Եվրախորհրդարանը։ Դրանից հետո ԵՀ-ը  պաշտոնապես կնշանակվի Եվրոպական խորհրդի կողմից։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովն ունի 27 անդամ. այնտեղ աշխատում են մոտ 32 հազար աշխատակիցներ։ Եվրահանձնաժողովը ստեղծում է օրենքներ ԵՄ անդամ երկրների համար եւ հետեւում դրանց կատարմանը։ Եվրահանձնաժողովը նոր կազմով աշխատանքն սկսելու է 2019 թվականի նոյեմբերի 1-ին։
