Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ գրություն-հորդոր է ուղարկել նաև «Դիլիջանի Երեխաների խնամքի և պաշտպանության գիշերօթիկ հաստատություն»։ Հաստատության տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Հերիքնազ Ուլիխանյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում մանրամասնեց, որ իրենց համար գրությունը հիմք չի հանդիսացել, որպեսզի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից չշարունակեն երեխաների խնամքի հետ կապված աշխատանքները. 77 շահառու ունեն, ծնողների մեծ մասը դեմ է երեխաներին տուն տանել սոցիալական բազմաթիվ խնդիրների պատճառով։

Հերքինազ Ուլիխանյանը մանրամասնեց, որ նախարարության գրության մեջ նշվել է, թե ՀՕՖ-ը («Հայ օգնության ֆոնդ» հիմնադրամ), «ՍՕՍ մանկական գյուղեր» հիմնադրամը և «Վորլդ Վիժն» կազմակերպությունները պետք է աջակցեն երեխաներին, որ վերադառնան ընտանիք։

«Ունենք բարձր ռիսկային գոտում գտնվող երեխաներ, որոնց հնարավոր չէ վերադարձնել ընտանիք: Ունենք միայնակ ծնողներ, որոնք գիշերն աշխատում են, երեխան գիշերը պետք է մենակ մնա կամ ունենք Իջևանից երեխա, որը շատ բարդ երեխա է, հատուկ խնամք է պետք, ծնողն էլ ասում է, որ չի կարող պահել»,-ընդգծեց նա՝ հավելով, որ կենտրոնի թե՛ մանկավարժները, թե՛ ծնողները տագնապած են։

Ինչ վերաբերում է մյուս առաջարկին՝ խնամատար ընտանիքներում տեղավորելու հետ կապված, ապա Հերիքնազ Ուլիխանյանի դիտարկմամբ՝ դա ՀՀ-ում չի կարող արդյունավետ լինել։

«Ոչ մի խնամատար ընտանիք բարձր ռիսկային գոտում գտնվող երեխաներին չի պահի, ցածր ռիսկային գոտիներում գտնվողներին կարող են պահել։ Չգիտենք՝ ինչ է լինելու։ Ամեն խնամատար ընտանիք էլ խելոք երեխա է ուզում։ «ՍՕՍ մանկական գյուղեր» ծրագրով էլ չեն վերցնում բարդ երեխաներին»,-նշեց նա։

Նշենք, որ այս գիշերօթիկի փակման հետևանքով 70 աշխատակից կզրկվի աշխատանքից։ Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում մանկավարժները նշեցին, որ դիմում-նամակ են գրել վարչապետին թե՛ երեխանների ճակատագրերի հետ կապված մտահոգությունների վերաբերյալ, թե՛ իրենց աշխատանքից զրկվելու։

Մի շարք ծնողներ էլ ընդգծեցին, որ չեն պատրաստվում իրենց երեխաներին ոչ տուն տանել, ոչ էլ խնամատար ընտանիքի վստահել։
