Այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 14-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը:

Ժամը 00։15-ի սահմաններում ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Ավան վարչական շրջանի Սայաթ-Նովա թաղամասի շենքերից մեկի բնակարանում վիճաբանություն է և կան դանակահարված քաղաքացիներ։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզում են, որ նշված շենքի բնակարաններից մեկւմ տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ ամուսինը՝ 31-ամյա Արսեն Մ-ն, դանակով հարվածել է իր կնոջը՝ 31-ամյա Ինգա Ք-ին, այնուհետև, երբ հարևանը փորձել է բաժանել նրանց, որպեսզի վիճաբանությունը չշարունակվի, Արսեն Մ-ն հարվածել է նաև հարևանին՝ 44-ամյա Գագիկ Մ-ին։ Նշված վայրից Ինգա Ք-ն «կրծքվանդակի վերին աջ մասի կտրած-ծակած վերք», իսկ Գագիկ Մ-ն՝ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ մասի և որովայնի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել են Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ լրացուցիչ բժշկական զննությունից հետ բժիշկները հայտնել են, որ Գագիկ Մ-ի մոտ ախտորոշվել է «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վիրավորում, առաջային պերիկարդիալ ճարպաբջջային վնասում, հեմոթորաքս՝ ձախից, որովայնի առաջային պատի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վիրավորում՝ մեծ ճապոնի արտանկումով»։

Նույն օրը փաստի առթիվ քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Վ. Լաչինյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ՝ հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննիչ Օ. Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Փաստի առթիվ քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քր. օրի 112 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի և 113 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։

Նոր Նորքի ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները տաք հետքերով հայտնաբերել են կասկածյալ Արսեն Մ-ին, ինչպես նաև հայտնաբերել են հանցագործության գործիք դանակը։

Քննիչի որոշմամբ Արսեն Մ-ն ձերբակալվել է։ Նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական, դատաքրեագիտական և դատահետքաբանական։ Քննիչի որոշմամբ հանցագործության գործիք դանակն առգրավվել է։
